Dollar General

I am currently in Roanoke to train some stores for my company. The Manager, Lynn. was awesome!! I needed to stock up on some supplies for myself and the local store that I am working at. Lynn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of where I could locate everything that I needed. I was in a hurry so she assisted me so I could find things that I needed in a timely manner. Lynn was was so pleasant, helpful and kind and as a faithful Dollar General customer, I was very impressed on how neat and clean this store was. I actually complimented her on on the organization and cleanliness of this store, based on the bad experiences at other stores.Just before I left we had a quick chat. She is an extremely responsible manager and cares about the store and the customers. Dollar general needs more people Lynn!!

In my opinion.. the best Dollar General in the Roanoke Area. It is always a pleasant experience, and we leave there happy with our purchase. Add in the digital coupons, as well as the $5 off $25 weekly is a great help at saving money. We shop there at least 3 times a week for sales items. The store is always clean, and well stocked. Management works hard, and are always friendly. I've had to do a few returns due to the system not being correct on prices but , they have always taken their time out to fix the problem (by the system not the store!) I'd like to recognize Danny, Brandon, and a few of the others who have been there for awhile. We sure do miss Lynn! Great employees, Great store, Great prices, and most definitely caring customer support!

A bit to trustworthy unless they have cameras in the back i don't know about. Overall the most amazing experience I've ever had with costumer service and cleanliness except for the fact that they allowed me to use the restroom in the back. Now personally of course i was thankful but as i walked back i only thought of how easy it could be to grab things from the store thats stored in the back. You have to walk far back into that storage area to get to the bathroom anyone can claim getting lost. I just think with the area its located it should be more watched. I might be wrong and there may be cameras i just thought i should at least say something. But again overall best experience in a dollar general by far.

Is awesome this dollar general for me is the perfect place to shop & the Manager Lynn she is so very amazing, professional,respect & friendly with a customer I know her for years, John the key holder very friendly , respect too & work hard!!!!’n the store are so clean, organized, is look like you are very huge , exclusive place ….

I love it here close to home and the evening manager is wonderful at helping me find hard to find items and all the cash register staff is wonderful helpful and cheerful to me and REMEMBERs me 😘🙋🏻💯

Most of the time we have a good experience. Brandon is an excellent employee. Always a joy to see his face.

Great place to pick up last minute things so you don't have to stop at the big box store.

Best location in Roanoke,VA for finding monthly supplies and no problem with carts sitting in aisles. Easy to get in & out.

Great clerks, exchanged merchandise even though my friend did not have a receipt. Nice and friendly along with being very helpful.

Love this place!! ONLY COMPLAINTS I HAVE IS THE FACT THWY TRAET EVERYONE THAT VISITS THE STORE AS A THIEF AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT I'M NOT HAPY ABOUT BEING PROFILED BY PPL WHO HAVE CLUE WHO I AM NOR DO THEY UNDERSTAND FULLY HOW DISRESPECTFUL IT MAKES ME FEEL
