Wonderful visit! The phlebotomist Brittany did an amazing job drawing my blood. I was nervous but she made the whole experience super easy. The Nurse practitioner Kelsey Morgan was very knowledgeable and thorough. Loved how down to earth and welcoming she is. I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns and questions. Would highly recommend checking them out .

This is my first time on public health insurance so i didnt realize it would be MONTHS before i could schedule an appointment. The Carilion clinic is an amazing resource if youre inbetween doctors. I was really scared i wouldnt be able to refill my antidepressants before i ran out but these guys were super helpful in making sure i had my medication and dont have a lapse.
The staff are helpful, friendly, and i even heard them correctly gendering a non gender conforming person, which i greatly appreciated. Awesome clinic, im so glad they were available for me

Brittany took my blood she was the best.

I was in need of a doctor until I can see a primary care doctor and Dr. Lough was available and very understanding and more aware of my particular health issues than other doctors in the area. I was able to schedule a quick follow-up appointment for an acute care need pretty much right away.

I’ve never felt so respected in a MD office before. From check in to when I walked out the door to leave, everyone was so professional and kind.

Kazza the Medical Office Tech & referral coordinator is unprofessional, violates patients rights, HIPAA responsibilities, and disparages minority patients on a consistent basis. Patients deserve better.

Worst place I have ever been too. Went and got a blood test for 2 things a week ago and have yet to hear from them. will not answer the phone , they’re “busy” you can’t be busy 15 mins before you close. Makes no since . will not be going there again .

I literally just got off of the phone. The lady was extremely rude as of I was annoying her. I just said nevermind. If I'm new to Roanoke and really having trouble scheduling an appointment here.

Doctor lied to me about giving me a referral. Had to do his job for him to get one
