Rack Room Shoes

Great shoes at a great savings. I purchased during the Black Friday weekend and got the buy one and get 50% off the second, Red tagged pair for equal or less value. I couldn't pass up buying 4 pairs of shoes. Rack Room Shoes rocks the house!

I went to the Mall down in Brevard County, Melbourne, Palm Bay area in Central Florida and I found an Awesome Deal they had shoes on Clearance so I bought my Mom a pair and got mine at Half Price so I paid a total of $63.49, my shoes were $11.25 and before being marked down My shoes were $64.99 now what a Deal for Me!!!

Sabrina was very helpful. Although we weren’t able to get our Christmas shoes at their store she helped us order it online AND still get the BOGO by finding a shoe that applied for the discount. It’s a frustrating policy but I was glad she helped us figure it out.

Was a little bummed they didn’t carry the same products as a similar store back home, but I still found a pair of shoes I loved. There was a price difference at the cashier and the manager (Ray) was able to figure out the issue. Exceptionally great service !

Liked it, I was new to this store for the first time, reminded me a lot of Shoe Carnival, but point is great price ... I actually compared prices with the malls big 3, and the Nike selection beat all 3 stores with same shoes .... went back and got the best deal for the amount I wanted to spend ... Cashier was also very helpful and friendly ... the shoes I got by model beat the other store once by 10 dollars and twice by 20 dollars ... Don't wanna sound cheap, but when Christmas shopping for others, hey the best deal is the best deal ...

Look for a salesman named ray he is great with customers and will always make sure to find what you're looking for with ease.

This really is a great place to find name brand shoes at a fair price. No hassle shopping just find the shoes you want look for your size on the shelves and you are in business. If the don't have your size then look for a different shoe. All the shoes are on the display floor. I like that type of shopping. I always stop by Rack Room Shoes when in the Melbourne Square Mall.

We stopped at Rack Room in Titusville for work boots and a new pair of sneakers. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact pair in my size. The manager there scanned and searched for them. He said they were in Melbourne, and was willing to call down here and confirm, then asked that they be held while I drove down.
This made a good situation out of something I was not wanting to do, but really needed.

I had a bad experience with no customer service at Shoe Carnival, my son and I came here and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and asked if we are looking for anything in particular. I explained my son overpronates and the gentleman was so kind to help us look for the right shoes, size, and fit. Absolutely phenomenal service!

I absolutely loved it I was only in there for about 5 minutes but I found the shoes that I really wanted, I hopefully will be able to go back there and get them the funny thing is I couldn't find them any place else I went to five or six different shoe stores Rack room was the only one that had them and at a good price too, a great price so thank you

The rec room is a great everyday Shoe Store buy one get one 1/2 off they have Timberline they've got Reebok they've got New Balance they've got all the brands I have a lot of shoes I go through a lot of shoes being in construction so these are what I call my everyday shoes I do have other shoes cowboy boots that I paid hundreds even one pair a thousand dollars for but this is a great place to go for everyday shoes that are actually disposable but if you don't care about the probably last a real long time I highly recommend Rack Room

This place is great I have 9 children and a beautiful wife and Christmas is around the corner so ONE STOP SHOP hahaha shoes for everyone in one hour haha haha all done just kidding lol and the customer service was awesome just imagine all the sizing good Lord thanks for the help
