I give five stars to Jonathan (Not the store) and a shout out after fixing the messes that store manager gave us misinformation and cost us a fortune. that got me have had really negative experiences with Verizon and store even though I am a Verizon customer over 2 decades. Jonathan jumped right in and willing to help with his calm , nice personality ,very respectful, polite and professional. I am not sure my problem will fix however by the way he responded and took care of my problem right away.That shows his work ethics and wonderful person to work with very knowledgeable and helpful!
Thank you to Jonathan for my good experience once again about customer service, respectful and treat me nicely! One nice employee and willing to help that relief a lot of stress out of customer already!!

Jonathan was wonderful Very patient and knowledgeable. He tried to fix my phone after Facebook debacle. Since the debacle, I do not have Internet. Basically no Messenger. He tried everything but to no avail. I ended up getting a new phone but no access to messenger. Facebook better get their act together!

Alex was great! He was professional, considerate and efficient. Also repeated instructions several times until I understood. He was also managing another clients questions. He is a star manager!!

Alex is incredibly helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable about the options available at Verizon. Recently both Alex and Jonathan went above and beyond to find the best deals available for me and fully explain my options. They are also friendly and welcoming when you enter the store. Any time I have an issue, I go straight to Alex because I trust that he will find a solution. After over 20 years with Verizon, this is the most positive experience I’ve had.

I had a problem with My Verizon phone.
And the local verizon store employee help me correct it. To his credit , he also showed me how I could fix the problem myself in case it happened again in the future. Kudos to him!

Walked in was in a super rush was during my lunch break. Explain what I needed. Took great care of me. Hasslefree did not push anything. Excellent customer service best store I ever visited.

My family and I had an amazing experience with Ray. He was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. He’s excellent at troubleshooting while providing excellent customer service. He also gave us great food recommendations!😎

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex to address some of the issues that I had from my own unfamiliar area with some of the newest opportunities and technological advancements offered by Verizon. I worked in the customer service field, often assisting older individuals (whom are at times apprehensive about learning/using new technology). He consistently demonstrates an ability to balance the importance of ‘meeting a person where they are; while assessing their unique needs. It’s not easy serve those apprehensive about embracing the benefits of learning new skills. I’ve watched him do this all this multiple times, which is why I continue to sent clients.

My husband and I have never had a more wonderful experience at a Verizon store. Alex & his colleague made the entire process totally painless. I don’t think we’ve laughed that much in the last few years.

Buying a new phone can be intimidating expensive and most of all make one realize their technology ignorance, the day I went into the Bedford Verizon store I did not experience any of these and my wallet was also happy!! All thanks to Johnathan, this young man was able (a new employee) to complete my purchase without difficulty. He was polite helpful even when I returned with a few questions. When he was unsure he called on his manger who guided him. This is customer service to its finest something which in todays world is hard to find!! Kudos Johnathan!!

Alex was without question by far hands down the absolute best Verizon representative I have ever interacted with. Never have I had such a positive experience in any of your stores. He took the time to help connect my watch, applied our screen protectors and cases to our new phones , transferred all of our info seamlessly and was kind, professional and knowledgeable throughout. I could not be more happy with my experience today.

Alex the manager is the best know what's best for you and knows everything there is to know. And in regards to Kiah Byrd you don't know what ur talking about he is not the entitled. Complete and total opposite.
