Julia C was fantastic! She helped my daughter and I find jeans that worked with our shape. She went above and beyond her Manager who didn’t take the extra steps at all to help us out. We had turned in a thread up bag and didn’t receive the actual GC comp and Julie took the time to research it for us. The Manager, gave us a less than standard answer and sent us on our way. We ended up spending over $500 that day so I was less than impressed with this Manager but was so grateful for Julia. It’s care and customer service that Julia gave that will make us come back! Great job Julia! You will go far in life bc of how kind & caring you are.

Julia was amazing!! The best experience shopping I’ve ever had. Literally made the entire experience at Madewell so exceptional and I spent way more than I would have originally. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Julia for the laughs and fun!

Clothing store in the Burlington Mall. Lots of twenty something women shop here. They have quite a few women’s petite sizes if that’s what you need. I bought a man’s tshirt here just now because it is cotton and well made and affordable.

My first time trying out jeans here and I have to commend Isabella for helping me find the right type of jeans cut to suit me. She was super helpful and patient. Great customer service. Thank you!!

Kat is AMAZING! She helped me for literally almost 2 hours to find the perfect fitting jeans. I’m not an easy customer when it comes to jeans because i’m very particular about how they feel on my body. Kat must have gone back and forth trying new jeans for me about 100 times! She had not only the best jean advice but also super helpful style advice. I loved an outfit she recommended so much that I bought it and changed into it in the store. Everyone that works here is amazing, but Kat went above and beyond for me today. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you Kat!!

Literally the two sweetest girls Sophie and Kat helped me today! They were so helpful and made my shopping experience so pleasant! These two were beaming the second I walked in, I was so grateful for all there help today definitely will come back:)

I love the style of this store.

I occasionally visit this Madewell with my girlfriend. Their couch is surprisingly comfortable. Based off of the style, I wasn't expecting much as they tend to be harder than most couches. As it turns out it's pretty comfy. Would and most likely will sit here again in the future!

On a side note, I am a little skeptical about the comfort of the chairs. I have not had a hands to try them yet. Will report back next visit.
