Spa Reyna

I received a great and thorough massage today. I feel refreshed and energized now. At other places, I've encountered customer service issues when trying to redeem a Groupon, but Spa Reyna was able to schedule me for a massage the next day after emailing them and I encountered no problems when I arrived for my appointment.

This is my favorite spa for manicures and pedicures. The service is excellent! I especially love that the time that you book your appointment is the time your appointment starts. Spa Reyna has a wide array of colors for all seasons and any occasion. I'd definitely recommend their services.

I have been a client of Spa Reyna for years. Reyna gives the BEST manicures and pedicures in the city. I have been to a few other places in town and out of town/state-TOTAL DISASTER!! When I lived out of town and out of state I would come in just to see her. I know that may sound crazy, but you need to be careful when getting mani/pedi because some people don’t know what their doing and when they don’t, the outcome is horrible!!! She is the only person I trust with my pedicures and manicures. I highly recommend making an appointment in advance because her book fills up fast because she’s that good and that busy. Also, because of my crazy schedule she has always been accommodating and helpful to get me in. I respect her work ethic and dedication to her business and her clients. I dread the day she retires :-(

Spa Reyna is a one stop shop for nails and massage. Reyna will mani-pedi you to heaven. Zenia gives the most relaxing massage in New Orleans. Give them a try!

I love the people and services offered at Spa Reyna. The best mani/pedis in town. Brittny is a terrific esthetian, using Dermaquest, my favorite skin care line!

Owner is very professional and she will make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work before you leave...definitely be back!!!

I havent even stepped foot in the place!!! I called because I had a Groupon to redeem for a couple family members, I immediately got a answer from a guy at the phone named Jason, he was awesome! Super professional and nice no attitude and very knowledgeable. He even answered my ignorant spa questions with ease! The kicker is I called twice and he was picture perfect the second time around. If Jason represents Spa Reyna then I'm eager to move forward with there services!!

This was a Groupon my sister gave me. Karen did a fantastic job on my feet. My feet are bad. I dont wear socks and I walk around in flip-flops all day. I need help. She took her time and did a good job. I would definitely would go back.

I loved the location and the fact that service was awesome. It was my first time there but it's a small location that feels warm and cozy. Would definitely go back again.

Nice small and intimate place. Pedicure was awsome and my feet feel soooo good.

I called many times to set an appointment, left messages, no call backs. I called again and got someone on the phone. Tried to book an appointment a month in advance and was told that their massage therapist was only there Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I would NEVER have purchased the Groupon knowing this. I want a refund and for them to change their listing to reflect what is actually available.
