Excellent customer service! At first I was a little iffy about purchasing a vehicle from this dealer, based on some reviews that I read, but I have to say we are well pleased with our purchase. The trade-in/buying process went smooth and quickly, exceeding my expectations. I traveled almost 2 hours, and it was totally worth it. Silvio Silva is one of the best sales person I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, honest, respectful and always responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns.
