CVS

400 Washington CVS had been closed (renovating / downsizing the space?) but has re-opened as of October 1. Clean space, smart and helpful staff, fairly quick to fill prescriptions, so far. Way better than 294 Harvard Street in every respect.

my family and i had just returned to our car from going to a wake at the local funeral home and our car was parked at the cvs store in brookline ma.i couldnt open the car door and we live about an hour from our house.the battery on our remote key was dead.we went inside and met the manager KG was his name tag and mr braniel the cashier.kg opened my remote and was familiar with this remote and we bought the new battery and he installed it for us and it worked. great people who helped us get home. thanks very much to those two guys .ed downing

I've been having a hard time since they closed the Beacon Street CVS. All my prescriptions have gone over to the CVS in Harvard Street and it's a total Zoo. I've been waiting on a prescription for almost a week because they didn't bother to get it when they were out of stock and didn't let me know that. So I called over to this Washington Street Pharmacy and they answered right away and filled it within half an hour or less. So I guess it just depends on the timing and what you're comparing it to but it was I got sent for me at this point!

They helped get a prescription filled in 5 minutes what another store couldn’t do in over an hour. The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me. Kudos on real efficiency and customer service

Sanait is the best costumer services there she's very friendly and lovely she working very hard .1st time I got there I was looking for something she knows that s that I didn't find it she was very helpful she got me what I need from the stoked so without asking for help she saved me time because I thought thats i have to get it from somewhere els.
Because of her now I like shop from there .

This has been our pharmacy for since it opened. Everyone in the pharmacy has always been knowledgeable and efficient. Sometimes when PCP adds a medication, it takes awhile…l do not go and pick it up until l get a text. We have always found other staff and management cordial and helpful, especially thru ups and downs of pandemic. When we are traveling, Pharmacy always sees that prescriptions are waiting for us at a CVS nearby when we call.

Best CVS ever! Cozy, local, efficient, friendly, and with ample parking.

This is my main pharmacy and I’ve never had trouble getting my prescriptions. I wish they’d add bike racks tho, I feel bad using the fence or stop-sign.

I decided to come back and revise my review. The best CVS is the one you are closest to. I hope this one will take over the empty space on that corner and expand, because nothing has been able to stay in there (miss you NHD!).

Also, CVS: I am your customer, and I come shopping by bike or walking 99.9% of the time. PLEASE add bicycle parking to ALL of your locations. Really research this and get some good anchors and designate physical space for bike parking. We're out here. Looking for parking for our huge cargo bikes.

It had everything I needed. Friendly and no lines.

The present pharmacists are by far the best I have experienced in any CVS or Walgreens. They are on top of things and very courteous. I will always go to this location because of this.
