Thanks so much to Jo! We couldn’t find a tree in the size we needed and she went out of her way to help us. This Home Depot didn’t have it, so she searched until she found one at another Home Depot, then had them save it for us. Really great customer service! That’s why we shop at Home Depot!!

As a homeowner living just around the corner from Home Depot, I can't express how convenient and essential this store is for all my home improvement needs. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it's advice on a DIY project or finding the right tools and materials. The variety of products available is impressive, and I love how well-organized the store is, making it easy to locate what I need. Plus, the prices are competitive, and they often have fantastic sales. Home Depot truly makes it a breeze to tackle home projects, and I'm grateful to have such a reliable resource nearby. It's definitely a 5-star store!

Such great service in the paint department and in the garden center. We also saw several employees who asked if we needed anything. The cashier was so nice that we offered to take her home with us!😂

They have so many of the essential that we all need to get and keep our homes and businesses up to par. Great shopping experience....great staff ready to help you decide what you need!

We just had one of the best customer service experiences at this Home Depot. Lauren and Tye, who were working at the front counter, quickly, efficiently, and professionally took care of an order for me and two of our neighbors. I was very impressed with their service and friendliness. These two young ladies are certainly good representatives of this store and the company in general.

Our first time shopping at Home Depot was a great experience!! We needed help choosing deck renovation materials … and we got it!! Many, many thanks to Franz in the paint department. He was so busy that day, but took the time to give us great and super friendly service … he was super helpful!! Every HD worker we encountered was so willing to help … even the people at check-out! We definitely left feeling that Home Depot will be our go-to center from now on!! Thank you all!!

The item I wanted was not in stock. It seems like a standard Home Depot stocked with similar items you come to expect them to have. I do prefer the one in West Asheville/Candler. I will definitely use this location when needed in the future.

Always like Home Depot. Especially on a rainy day unless you're looking for plants. Self check is little daunting, but the employees can be very helpful. Always spend too much despite the good prices.

The manager that was on duty was so sweet i explained to him that my son, new wife and myself recently became homeless due to a money hungry, selfish landlord of 8 years! We have a motor home but no where to park it because everything is to high and im on SSI and they are between jobs I said I am desperate and can we park there until I find a place he graciously said yes! He doesn't know what a burden he took from me!

Brian in the paint section is an absolute star. We had some questions about staining and finishing a hardwood floor and he helped us choose the right products to buy and gave us tons of advice, even using photos of his past projects on his phone for visual aids. We feel so much more confident in this home renovation project than we did walking into the store. Brian’s knowledge and friendliness made for perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever had!

This was one of the best experiences in, not only a home improvement store, but any/all retail! We were greeted right away and asked if we could be helped. Of course, not being handy at all - I had no idea where to find “deckover”. I was shown exactly where it was. Then, Franz helped us pick out the color, texture, and quantity. He is a terrific young man! Wonderful service, friendly, and really seemed to care that we got what we needed. He was very busy (lots of paint order to be filled) - but he didn’t seem rushed with us at all- he’s awesome!!! Then to top it off, the checkout process was east and again the staff SO genuinely friendly. The store looked really clean and neat as well. A+ experience. thanks!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Paula in customer service for the superb handling of a very difficult situation. She was attentive listening to my concerns and she was helpful in finding a solution to the problem. It is a rare thing where employees are called upon to wear many hats and are often overworked to find someone with these valuable characteristics. I feel so fortunate that she was the one who picked up the phone when I called. She is THE example to follow in customer service and she deserves consideration for a promotion because it's obvious she's not just there for a paycheck!

Very nice to customers and great prices

I do like me some Home Depot. They have a lot better gardening center than Lowe's. And and for the most part I'm putting them on par with each other. But here lately I have preferred Home Depot. I didn't used to go because they didn't give the Military discount but they woke up........
So now me and my fellow Compatriots shop there.

I recently shopped at this branch and had occasion to seek management help, Crystal (Manager) was one of the most helpful customer oriented person one could hope to encounter. All of the staff at Customer Service are top notch and without doubt it’s people like Crystal and her team that make me happy and taken care of!!!!
