Clean place has most things

Do not go here! Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is so rude! They are the rudest people and cashiers I have ever ran across. All I was doing was passing through on a basic road trip. When I have been traveling over 11 hours all I wanted was to get a quick fountain drink. There were no lids to one size of cups, then I find the right size lid and cup and no straws. When I asked the cashier about the lids and the straws, she said that they are completely out. I said "I said this is ridiculous and asked why couldn't put up a sign?" Her response was just the rudest response I have ever gotten. She basically told me there is the front door and just go about your business. She was screaming that at me several times. All I said was that for other customers you need to put that up so they know. She kept screaming at me to not blame them and that I am not going to blame them for no lids or straws because of a supplier issue. I proceeded to explain to her that I wasn't blaming them just stating that they need to put up a sign so customers know. I am not racist by any means, but if management reads this or sees this, it was the cashier that had very long black hair with black glasses, blue long finger nails and African American. I would write this review for anyone that treated me or any customers like this! I get that they are short staffed and only 1 person working, but still no reason to take things out on the customer, even if we both were having a bad day. They are located right by a Cracker Barrel. If I would have seen the Shell station next door at first, I would have went there. Shell are clean gas stations and at least have what you need. I went there just to get my 2 fountain drinks and the girls there at that station couldn't believe how hateful this cashier was. Management seriously needs to retrain this person. I don't want to get anyone fired, but being rude is not okay under any circumstances. I worked customer service. I am from Indiana and maybe we do things up north different. Again, Stay away from this place at all costs! Never again! Glad to see other reviews are like mine and that I am not the only one that sees this place having bad experiences. If I were management, I would close this place down!

I asked the lady behind the counter tonight (2/12/22 @11:22pm) if she knew if they had any extra Big Mama pickled sausages in the back and she replied that even if they did she wasn't going to look. She didn't have to be so disrespectful. I would have been more than happy to wait for her to serve other customers first, as there were initially only 2 behind me. She was disrespectful to the few customers in front of me as well. I stop by here 3-4 times a week and theres usually good customer service from the guy with the long hair but won't be coming back if she can't act right.

The rudest woman worked there, I asked a couple simply questions about the how many scratch-off there were. Then before I paid I asked to swipe my RoadRunner Card so I could do the buy 2 get one free on soda and she said I still got one free. She LIED TO ME AND STOLE MY MONEY. Charged me for the 3rd soda and then told me it was “too bad your already paid”. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She’s has light brown hair, white, about 5’6”. Was working 7-2-18 at 5:00pm. I’ll run out of gas before I ever go there or let my friends go there.

Wanna be thug boy working tonight on 4/10/19 at 9:55pm stole my money from me. I had 5 lottery tickets and they were all winners. They were crossword puzzle ones and I went over them for a third time before I went in. One was $40 another $10 and 3 $5's. That SOB said I only won $50 and ripped up all my tickets immediately and refused to show them to me. Why do these people get away with it. The store next door says they have heard it happens a lot there. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!

Oh my god this place sucks. Bathrooms closed, somehow they just don't have bottle water? Would avoid at all costs, just go next door to the other gas station.

Said they would not accept an ID because it was out of state.

Horrible service and there closed random times in the am useless

Not open at 4am

Just the worst.
