As a customer I don't need to be present during your conflicts with the store next door. Take it behind closed doors. Be professional. The maintenance guy should not be standing on a ladder shouting profanity at the contractors next door. I felt like I was watching a broadway debut of Fiddler On The Ladder and Thou Shall Not Use The Restroom next door. According to Mountain Energy law, the restroom is only available to Mountain Energy customers.

Grumpy clerks, avoid this stop. Bathrooms are a treat not in a good way. Soap container just laying on counter, notes about don't use much toliet paper because they are low. Isn't paper sold in the store???? Restaurant attached to this had big banner saying now open, but looks like a ghost town. Not open. Use the BP next door. Manager refused to cash our winning lottery ticket and refused to cash ticket for another customer. Said they were out of paper. Seems like if they can sell them they should be able to cash them. Maybe this location shouldn't be allowed to sell NC lottery tickets.

When asked for the contact info for owner of this location two employees,one the manager, got vocal and confrontational. Felt very threaten by this location. We will be contacting Mountain energy corporate over this treatment. Read our reviews we do not complain unless absolutely no other option.

We would like the CEO's office of this company to contact us or provide contact info.

We stopped on our trip to fill up 2 vehicles. I tried to bring my mom inside in a wheel chair to use the restroom and I asked if I good bring her in. No. Why? She is handicapped. We close at 9pm. We can’t just let anyone come in to use the restroom. We are customers, we just filled up 2 cars. Can’t I just bring her in? No. Mam I can’t argue with you…as he is already arguing. If I could give a zero I would . I wish I we had not given you any business. This is unacceptable. Close your station or hire a security guard. Your facility stinks!!

I have not been to this place since November of last year because one employee in particular, a chubby white woman with shoulder length dark hair, was to my husband and me as rude as the sun is hot. I wish I knew her name, and she may not work here now. My husband was merely talking on his phone outside the building, we were not doing anything wrong except apparently standing there for too long. We did not mean to be loitering, we just lost track of time. Had she any concept of what it means to be professional, she would have politely asked us to leave. Instead, she stupidly thought we were homeless people up to no good and barked at us to leave. This business lost two good customers because of her uncouth behavior.

Highway people don’t stop here. They won’t let you use rest room. So it’s not worth it to spend money here. They will tell you go to Waffle House to use rest room. Mountain energy third class store.

As all other reviews, the bathroom was DISGUSTING, even had a sign on their door saying they didn't provide soap. But that's not why I decided to leave a review...

I stopped by here to get a couple drinks before the drive home and got two Sunkists, which very clearly say $3.33 for two... The register rang it up as $3.78 or something, plus tax for a total of $4.04, I asked the cashier why it wasn't the advertised price to which she didn't even look up from her cellphone. She just said it was right.

The ¢.40 is obviously not a big deal but the customer service and restrooms were both just terrible.

Open both doors. I felt so dumb running into the door. I guess this is prank house not a convenient store. You're prices stink and your attendants just as bad

very poor service... they closed their restroom to the public during business hours....don't send your money there.

Internet says 24 hours, they’re closed most mornings from 3-4:30. Doesn’t even feel safe to stop here anymore early morning because of the people hanging around.

The worst, most disgusting bathroom I’ve been in. Not only were all the toilets/urinals not flushed, but the sides were caked in old urine. The employees did not acknowledge me enter or leave the store either. Don’t stop here

He is rubbish service he didn’t refund anything and he doesn’t have anything written on receipt 🧾 no refund anything only skinny white guy he talk very bad words to the customer

The only reason it got one star was because I couldn't do less.... Bathrooms are better in a dive bar in BFE.....

Gross! Don’t go to the bathroom here! Please management see this and clean your bathroom! They clearly have not cleaned ever!
