Food Lion

I wanted to send this review in regards to Tammy who cashed me out today. She is by far the best cashier I have probably ever had. She was kind and addressed me by name, she went after a customer for forgetting an item, she was a so friendly and really strived to make the customer happy! I have had a cashier roll his eyes at me before when I had a full cart and I refuse to use his line again. Tammy was a amazing! Great prices also! Always finding great deals!

This is my favorite grocery store! Staff is friendly and prices are lower than at other grocery stores in the area. Beer could be colder....

I shop there all the time and I am a cashier there now too for many months now and I highly recommend this store to everyone

This is my go to place for grocery shopping they are always friendly and helpful they are pricey on the milk but other than that pretty reasonably priced

Loved it ! Even tho I had to drive further out it was better than WALMART !! SORRY NOT SORRY, ! better buys. Actually people with cashiers even tho may have been lines but no where compared to the line there. Still didn't have to wait long. So I'll be going further out. If yall havnt been there go check them out. Google the address it's the one in. Candler

Cashier and stock girl were very helpful and kind. I forgot my card and they were so patient with me. I'm always pleased when I shop at Candler/Enka and Canton. You have great employees 😁

Clean store great prices nice staff

I'm not gonna knock food line for being a little dated than its competition. But this store has been around most of my life in my area and it's always done me pretty good. Actually got my 1st job here. It lasted all of 3 days.....🤷‍♂😏
But going there on certain days you can grab great deals on meats and other products. I prefer it over Ingles.

Great beef and meats. Colorful fresh produce Some good deals to be had. Lots of employees working hard to keep everything clean and stocked and moving along. A special shout out to the lady on her hands and knees scrubbing the entrance doors and thresholds

This store is always clean. Well stocked and the staff is amazing. I generally drive past other stores that are closer to me just to get my groceries from here. Keep up the good work.

They remodeled several years ago, and I'm always impressed that they have kept the store clean and bright just like it looked after the facelift!

Have just started shopping here recently and my experience has been great overall. They have great prices and helpful staff sometimes they don't always carry a bunch of some items but overall a great store.

I like foodlion. This location is being renovated. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Renovation finished and they did a fine job. Still easy to navigate through the store.
I notice a larger selection of items in their Asian, Spanish, and gluten free food sections. Nice

I shop here very often. I love the MVP rewards and perks! This location is great. Very friendly people working there every time I go. It's a very clean store and pretty good variety. So much better than Ingles where so many things are concerned. I'll continue this being my home store.

I had a few last minute Thanksgiving cooking items I needed to get the day before Thanksgiving and I’m so impressed by how quick and smooth the trip was. The man in produce was so helpful!

Nice and new clean store and a little bit less pricey than Ingles. Their competition is Ingles so their working hard to bring you great sales and prices in addition to a large selection of organic produce. Give them a shot... You won't be sorry.

This review is specifically for the Food Lion chicken wing hot bar. As a road tripper I tend to look at grocery store hot bars for an inexpensive and decent meal. I noticed the wings when I was in the store and decided to try them. While they don't have buffalo or spicy wings per se, they had a salt and pepper wing that was absolutely amazing. Dry rub, cooked perfectly, not greasy at all, and really meaty bones. And since I've never heard of a bacon cheddar potato keg before, I had to try one. I was so disappointed I only grabbed one and almost turned the car around to buy more. Did I mention that they also have jalapeno poppers on the hot bar? I will be dreaming about this hot chicken wing/ jalapeno popper / potato keg bar for the rest of my road-tripping days. $6.99 a pound. Best dinner around.
