My husband and I were out celebrating my birthday. Never heard of this store before, but we decided to go in. Our sales lady was Petronia. She was awesome and patient with us. Needless to say, we found a favorite store. Love the uniqueness of it.

Me and my wife love the clothes from this store, they are really good quality. Ali, Aldo and the rest of the team are great! They always treat us like royalty! I always recommend this store to my friends and family!

The jewelry and the handbags are a showstopper! The staff are always very friendly and willing to help.

Bought a purse. It came apart after a couple of months.
Went to the store, they were not very helpful.
They couldn't have cared less. Not the best customer service.

International shoppers, please note that this company is not part of the program of returning taxes. So if they tell you they are, take note that it is not true. They will not honor the manifest and they will not refund you your money back if you try to return the merchandise either. We've reached out countless times to get them to join the program but to no avail.

Awful experience!
I got a gift from this store, I did not like the gift at all. So I went to the store located at La Cantera. I asked them if they can refund the shirt amount that was given to me. I was told that since it was on sale the can’t do a refund that they can only do an exchange or store credit. At that point I was un decided between a wallet that was very close in price of the gift, or a full price shirt that was a little more then twice the price the gift. Well I decided to tu buy the shirt.
The veryto go back and retuned it and get a wallet. They told me that there policy is that they do not do refunds. I was shocked because they never explained that at no moment before using the credit for the gift and then needing to pay a lot more for the shirt. Now I was stuck with only getting a voucher for the full amount. The employees are not professional at all I was taking to them and they were so unprofessional.
