Amber in the beauty department is AMAZING! She has been so helpful while I am planning for my wedding festivities. She always goes above and beyond to send new recommendations for outfits and makeup and keeps me up to date on what’s new! I am planning to drive from Austin just to work with amber in person! I can’t recommend working with Amber enough, she makes everything stress free and fun! 🤍

Anna at the cosmetics counter was so helpful! She gave us recommendations on where to go in San Antonio to have a good time while helping me out with shade matches, samples, and with smelling new perfumes! She was so sweet and we enjoyed our experience there so much because of her

A lady in the men’s department named Casey. Not sure how she spells her name, but have to call her out. She was so helpful really a great person to help me with looking for some baggy jeans. I was so appreciative of her help because I’m so picky. I probably wouldn’t of bought anything on my own but she brought me several jeans that thought worked and they did I bought one that I really liked.
Can you give her a raise please? She deserves it she has a credit to your store.

Effie in the women’s department is amazing. She is so helpful and is really amazing at her job. she was very attentive and sweet and made me feel beautiful and taken care of. had an amazing experience with her!!

The staff was very kind and there are so many cute things. I was looking for a dress for a wedding this weekend and there was a beautiful dress but it wasn't in my size and they didn't make it in my size. That's totally okay though. Everyone was so nice and kind.

La Cantera is a great San Antonio mall. Nordstrom here is excellent. Service is outstanding and quality of their merchandise is exceptional. While my bargain self is often drawn to Nordstrom Rack, there are times when Nordstrom offers what’s needed.

For being six days before Christmas it is the easiest in and out purchase I have done and my entire life they really have their set up to work seamlessly

Nice location with lots to choose from and easy access from 1604. I went here last week to get a new suit tailored. Prices were average, got a suit from Zara and it came up to about $80 to get tailored here but if you bought a suit in-house I believe you get discounted rates. The tailor was really nice and got me in -and-out the door quickly with a turnaround time of less than a week. No complaints here and would highly recommend if you need a suit tailored in San Antonio.

In from out of town. Visited Lancaster in San Antonio TX. Was personally walked over to Women's Sunglasses. Asked if I might be interested in Anni Sale sunglasses. Looked. Explained what I was looking for. Saleswoman, nice, attentive n professional. Showed me other sunglasses. I immediately found what I was looking for. Did not have my Nordstrom charge. Had a few problem s with using credit card. She made everything happen. She forgot to give me my receipt. Can I have it e-mailed to me. Exceptional service by this sales women. Love Nordstroms

The Chanel staff at their counter were exceptional. The service was some of the best I've ever received in a retail store. This is why I shop Nordstrom. Kudos and thank you.

Women's section - Alyssa was absolutely amazing I cannot say enough. I was there yesterday afternoon with my friend in need of undergarment. She is an absolute gem. She was so professional, listened to our needs and made sure our fitting fit us correctly. Thank you so very much!!

I visited your store last weekend after 8pm. I really didn't expect great service since it was late. I had just come from Macy's, and the associate there was less than helpful. But a young lady in the fragrance department was so very helpful. I am sure asked for a certain perfume or and she wasn't quite sure but asked another associate, who was equally helpful. The lady who helped me name was Ana. She showed me where the perfume was. I was going to leave but remembered that I really needed makeup, which is why I had gone to Macy's. Ana wasn't quite sure but found another associate whose name was Lisa (I think). Anyway she helped me. Ana thanked her and let me know if I needed anything else in the future to let her know. Your people are awesome in their ability to make a customer feel welcomed and want to visit your store more often. Thank you ladies for being so thoughtful and helpful. I have already told my friends about my great experience 😊❤❤

I had a great experience at the makeup counter with a representative by the name of Fiona in the Mac area. She was very helpful and helped me make my choices. When she sent me her link, I also ordered online for pick up. Kudos to Fiona in the Mac makeup center 👏
