Great customer service and a very good variety of things you don't normally find in other shops. Plus they always have great specials.

This was the best customer service I have received in a Spencers store ever, and way above par for years. Each and every associate was attentive to all patrons addressing each encounter with smiles and genuine intent to assist. The store was not extremely full, but for the end of a weekend when staff is usually tired, it was a very pleasant and unexpected experience!

They have a really good selection of pericing selections. My daughter always finds ones she can switch out. Love this shop as well for thier shirts and lounge fly backpacks, they carry a few different ones then hot topic.

Great selection and my little girl found a lot of earrings to add to her collection. The staff was very helpful in a busy store.

Awesome location! Very helpful and fun cashier. Only came in for one thing, spent 50.00. Lol! She obviously did her job. But, in all fairness she actually saved me 45.00. Lol! I got a lot of BOGO that was not advertised till I got there.

Alizey was very great! they helped me out a whole lot they definitely deserve a raise 10/10 customer service would shop here again

Been going to Spencer's since the 80s. Fun store to visit. Wouldn't recommend for middle school and under.

Employees here were very helpful. We were greeted, asked if we needed help, and were pleasant.

I wanna thank the employees at this location.ive been trying to get ahold of a Halloween safety shirt for about two weeks.i have been getting the runaround at every other location.but the employees at Spencer’s la cantera continued to follow up with me.when their shipment came in, they called me and held the shirt for me.thank you guys!awesome customer service!

I love the wide variety of things you can get here, from cute Disney tshirts to lingerie, or something with a funny pun. Although this store is not for the faint of heart.

They always have the coolest things. If there is a show you love look here first to find merchandise for it.
