The staff is very nice, respectful, and proficient in their jobs. The store looks great, in my opinion, and it's very clean. I'd definitely come back to this store.

As far as urban outfitters goes, the prices are what you'd expect. The service however, was really something else. Nice, helpful folks and Felix really put the cherry on top when we were checking out. Helpful, personable, and overall made my day!

I Love this store but man is it pricey! They have several looks and styles which is good for a family of a few teens who want to look different. My neice goes here, takes a picture of a look she wants and recreates it at half the cost! Some things you just have to break down and buy. The store is three stories high! Don't miss the top floor because the socks are awesome😉

What an awesome clothing store! 3 stories of men's, women's and children's Urban Fashions and accessories. Totally stoked we found this place inside the La Cantera shopping center. Pretty crowded during the weekends... I'm going to return for sure but during the week when traffic and parking won't be such a mess.

I had the WORST experience with online UO, but Veronica (manager here) was AMAZING at getting this issue resolved for me. She went above & beyond which I am so grateful for. Online screwed up my order and was taking MONTHS (literally) to fix it. Not even one week & Veronica took care of it. She was so adamant about getting me helped. Calling me, emailing me, taking time to talk with me & really understand the issue. I’m just grateful because it’s been so long since I’ve seen someone like her go above & beyond. Thank you!
