Bourbon Street Seafood Kitchen IH-10

Coming here was actually a happy accident. We were going to go somewhere else for Father's Day, but they were closed, so luckily we ended up here. They had fresh bread with a pesto dipping sauce that was so bright in it's flavors. We ordered the oysters, Salmon Alexander and Seafood Cobb Salad. They were all delicious!! The oysters were perfectly shucked and fresh. The salmon was the best I've had at a restaurant (my husband's is the best!!). My salad was absolutely delicious with the right balance of of toppings and a delicious house made dill dressing. Our drinks were decent... Probably the least of our experience, but still good. Our server, Dianna, was absolutely fantastic! She stayed on top of everything we needed, was gracious with my extra requests and was warm and friendly. We ended up having an unexpectedly special night with fantastic food and great service. Definitely will be back!

The food here was delicious! We had the Alligator for appetizer it was delicious! I had the Red fish Diablo and my wife had a seared Ahi Tuna salad, which were both amazing! Our waiter was very helpful with ordering as this was our first time there. Tasty wine selection as well! The prices were reasonable! We will definitely be back soon!

We whipped into this place late this morning, about 11am. We were pleasantly greeted by a cheerful hostess, followed by an even friendlier waitress. The service was excellent. The waitress offered lots of suggestions since this was our first time to eat there. We ordered a couple of appetizers, alligator bites and the boudin. Both amazing! The cilantro pesto for dipping the bread in...this is AMAZING! There of us got the pecan crusted chicken and mashed potatoes. It's to die for! The grilled salmon was delicious with lemon butter sauce. The Creole Pasta was delicious as well. The restrooms were clean. One downside was that they don't have a changing table for the babies.

Overall, we were very satisfied and impressed! We will be going back again!!

I came to Bourbon St Restaurant just to have a drink with my friend cause it was close and she said it was really good. I honestly wasn’t expecting anything since it’s a chain restaurant. We order the sangria, which was very good.
My friend order the seafood pasta and the seafood fondue to share, OMG they were delicious and just to make the experience better, they brought bread.. yes this Amazing Bread!!! I have to say I’m not a bread eater, but this one, is just extremely good, as I write this, I’m craving it 🤦‍♀😂😂 and the secret is not just the taste and soft texture of this bread, they bring you an amazing green vinaigrette that you dip the bread with, I’m not sure what it has besides then olive oil but they should sell it definitely cause it’s addictive and extremely good.
Honestly I loved this New Orleans cuisine restaurant, I have to come back to try more options!!!

Food was very good. I had the Mississippi catfish and my wife had red snapper. Good size portions. Clean, comfortable dining such as what you would expect for the price. I like a bit more spice so I would try something else next time. We would go back.

Service was great and the food was excellent. Some of the best gator bites I have had. The gator was tender and juicy with a nice dipping sauce. The stuffed shrimp were large, the stuffing was amazing and the sauce it was on had excellent flavor. The fries were shoe string fries which were cunchy and tasted great. My friend has the fried shrimp and oysters which he enjoyed. I will be returning next time I'm in the area.

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. Ashley was our server. 5 stars from beginning to end. This place is very well ran. Everyone pays attention to detail. Every time something was brought to the table, something was taken away.
We started off with the seafood fondue. It was wonderful. I got the chicken picata. I had intended on going Cajun, but I have a soft spot for chicken picata done right and this was! My wife had the shrimp and grits, so I did get to eat a little Nalins flavor, which it had in spades.

The food here was so good!!! My blackened catfish and shrimp etoufee was really great! The shrimp was cooked good and the different rices really complimented the food. Her food was really good she couldn’t finish it but took it all the way back to Dallas. The Bourbon St Light drink was awesome the blue caracua syrup made it taste really good 😌 Definitely 5 stars ⭐

Always great. Plentiful dishes. Clean place. Happy, helpful servers. Managets happy to see you. Strong drinks. The food never fails to please. Solid menu. Great staff. Even held a private party with a pre-planned menu at one time. Deserts are tasty. Affordable and reasonable.

Oh my goodness! This is such a fantastic lunch spot! First, let me say the wait staff are incredibly friendly. I love eating somewhere where the staff seem to be genuinely happy working there. The complementary bread and dip is phenomenal! My partner and I always eat two. The pineapple mojito is the absolute bomb. A generous serving and not too sweet. I have tried two different types of pasta from here (the saffron and the parmesan) both are so so good and the portions are huge and I always have leftovers for the next day. It reheats well. I also enjoy the oysters from here! I definitely will continue to enjoy this amazing food!

Great way of presenting sea food with uniqueness. Herb salmon is five star.

We reserved the meeting room for a luncheon. Excellent service. The food was delicious and the room was just perfect. Could probably hold 30 people easily. I will definitely go back. I hear they have a great happy hour. Beautiful dining room.

Bourbon Street has always been my go to for special occasions and today was Amazing as always, service was incredible and the food was Fantastic. The Bourbon Street Shrimp is my Favorite along with the best Pesto and warm bread to start off a Delightful Meal !!!!!!!

Had a great experience. The food is always good & consistent. The Mgr on duty helped me with a car issue when I was leaving. He & his team went Above & Beyond Expectations helping to resolve the issue. Couldn't ask for better customer service! Thank You!

The food is amazing. The Gumbo is outstanding. Great bar area with a very nice variety of wine, beer and drinks. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Live music on Thursday nights.

OMG. We have been traveling for a week, and stopped here for lunch by chance. What a great place! We had the chicken piccata and pecan chicken, and it was wonderful! A little more than you might normally pay for lunch, but worth every penny!

We arrived and there was plenty of parking. No one was sitting on the patio area where the beautiful fireplace was so that's where we decided to sit. When we walked in we were immediately greeted at the front door and thanked for coming. Straight Ahead was the bar and although it was modest by size it was beautifully crafted and the dining area which is behind the host was spacious and beautiful dining table sets chosen in the restaurant matched the beautifully crafted establishment.

We made our way to the left of the front door onto the patio where are the fireplace sat at the and corner of the building. The patio furniture look uncomfortable but once seated was very pleasant. We were then greeted by our server who was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and drinks available at the bar. We ordered appetizers starting off with a cup of gumbo and crab cakes pan-seared. The dishes when they came out we're so beautiful I wish I had taken pictures of them but on top of the pan-seared crab cakes was crawfish and tomatoes in a lemon sauce with shoestring fried potatoes on top yum yum. The bowl of gumbo which we chose to get the combination had all the seafood you could imagine in it along with sausage which was so tasty along with the freshly baked bread brought out with it.

As we enjoyed our appetizers we've been decided to get entrees my friend got the herb crusted salmon with spinach and I got the chicken Victoria I believe it was called and it's set up the white rice that came with I elected to get the dirty rice. Both dishes once again when they arrived where are gorgeously plated once again sorry for no photos. I enjoyed my chicken immensely and tasting my friend salmon was equally as flavorful and pleasing. I have to say that all of the portions in this establishment are completely out of control. Meaning that my friend and I could have easily shared the cup of gumbo with the bread and the crab cakes as well as I believe 3 people would have gotten full off of each one of our entrees.

Finally for dessert we ordered the only chocolate dessert I believe that they had on the menu which was this huge brownie topped with vanilla ice cream then topped with whipped cream and strawberries. The combination of the cold cool ice cream and whipped cream strawberry and the warm almost gooey brownie was definitely a treat and once again two people easily would get full off of that maybe even three people. I would recommend this restaurant to any and everyone especially if you are a big fan of Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. Rumor has it that the owner of this restaurant used to be one of the cooks. But don't quote me on that either way I will be returning to this restaurant again and again and again with several locations here in San Antonio including downtown Riverwalk area and the Dominion you're sure going to want to stop into one of these locations, it's definitely worth it even if you're just passing through San Antonio.

We tried this place for the first time. I was impressed with their food and offerings . They have great lunch specials, while offer seafood and Cajun options. I ordered the Bourbon Street Shrimp and it was great! They also have many dessert options. The customer service was great! I do recommend to try if you’re in the mood for this type of cuisine.

The catfish, shrimp, and fries were cooked to perfection. Every item was hot which is important for seafood. The catfish fillet was twice the size of other restaurants and the shrimp were jumbo. It came with tartar, ketchup, and cocktail sauce. The bread was fresh and delicious. This meal was better than what I enjoyed in Paris. Although in Paris, they gave me a free shot of lemoncello for dessert. The food was very timely considering it is a Friday evening.

Came here at 3PM on a Tuesday. Not very busy cause it was past lunch time which was perfect for me. The service was amazing and the food was great. Everything had great flavor and felt like it was fresh. We got the Chicken Victoria and the Naked Red. Great food highly recommend.
