Easy to get to. The staff was friendly.
The latte was really good. Only problem is when the cars waiting for going thru the drive thru and block the pass thru/ road to the parking spots

To the gentleman that brought my wallet to me with everything in tact! I wish I would have been able to do more. Just a stand up person to go out of his way to bring it to me. So kind, so nice, glad there are amazing people out there. Also the drinks I purchased were amazing but wow. I’m lucky such a kind person exists

I walked in this morning and explained to Sarah that I had made an honest mistake of forgetting to redeem my birthday drink yesterday. She listened and was compassionate. She did not hesitate to make this right for her customer. She took the time to educate me about the redemption process and wished me a happy birthday. Thank you for making my day Sarah!

As always, love Starbucks. Love a skinny vanilla latte with oatmilk, breve and splenda. Hot our cold, always delicious.

Came here to try and order a surprise me drink and was not disappointed the barista made us two unique drinks both of the times we visited. They were so GOOD.Thank you very much we will be coming here all the time 😊😊😊😊

Great customer service! I have been going to this starbucks for years and have never had any issues with them! Ive seen them go from a not so busy location to a super busy location! Just recently, I made a mistake on my part of thinking I placed a mobile order at their location but it was at the shaenfield location and a barista kindly offered to make my order on top of her other orders so that I dont have to travel again when I had no issue of traveling on my part! She didnt have to do that and I truely appreciated it! Best starbucks ever!

Came in yesterday evening for my usual and Isabel was the one who helped me out and she was the friendliest barista ever!! She remembers my order every time and always has the most genuine smile ever! I love this location so much and will definitely be coming here every day !

Long lines but it is a smaller store. The cashier at the window was a sweetheart and had a great smile for this chilly morning. I got the roasted white chocolate mocha and it was delish. I recommend to anyone. Behind the counter was a wonderful display of a team working together, like busy worker bees and it was perfect to see first thing.

I had ordered my coffee wrong location started with a bad morning woke up with migraine.The young lady helped me and had my coffee ready asap love it thank you so much 😊.

I brought my baby boy (dog) for a pup cup, and it was his last pup cup 😭. I told the staff that this would be his last one and they made it extra special for my baby boy. They were so kind as I cried when I picked it up. The little acts of kindness that made my day be a little bit easy for me has made a difference. I didn't get the staff members names but all who were so kind to me on my worst day, thank you for generosity and your kindness.

Excellent and attentive staff...ready to interact, or leave you to your work, as the occasion warrants, but always keeping an eye out for opportunities to be of help. Have seen them be of special service to clients of the VA office nearby, some of whom have travelled only to discover it has reduced hours due to a staffing shortage. Baristas make up the difference thank you for your service.

Employees are always courteous & patient when placing my drink order. To my surprise got to window & barista was wearing bunny ears! She was so jovial & sent me on my way with an Easter greeting!!

Very happy with my experience with this store. Very few Starbucks stay open after 10pm during the week, this one does. Many stores will try to close early... This one didn't (for which I'm extremely grateful as I drove from 20minutes away just to assuage my addiction).
They also made my Chai Latte to perfection and gave excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

I received nothing but amazing service from everyone. The wait time is short the lines are always shorter and the drinks are well done. I have a Starbucks less than 1/2 a mile from me I will not go there Becuase they have terrible service Instead I have found a home with you all here at this Starbucks. Thank you so much !

To say you love Starbucks is an understatement. The coffee is.. ..well maybe its served in Heaven. I dont know about the employees. They are spoiled. The hire should match the product. Maybe Starbucks should consider raising their standard of representation. They should be alllll over the customers. A king coffee is served to king customers. Hmmm! But yes the coffee was exceptional.

Friendly staff, usually pretty busy, so ordering ahead or drive through is recommended!

This Starbucks is great. I mobile order and even though they are crazy busy, they almost always call me by name when I get there to pick up. It always waiting for me and yet still fresh, like they knew exactly when I was gonna walk in the door.

February 5, 2021 outstanding staff I’ll say it time and time again absolutely amazing I’m one of those extra customers and they always deliver 110% Irene has been at that window the last few times I’ve been and has definitely started my mornings off right! Very kind and friendly staff!! 👏🏽👏🏽 Their managers should be really proud of their employees!

This Starbucks feels a little above the others in San Antonio. The atmosphere is eliavated in a very relaxing way. Staff is friendly and on point. This is my Starbucks from mow on.
