I contacted Joyner and Joyner for an unfortunate traffic ticket I was freaking out about. Just a speeding ticket, but I wanted to keep my record clean.

From the first contact they were nothing but professional and kind. I spoke to the attorney who told me he thought my particular ticket might be hopeless- unlike other lawyers, he didn’t lie to me and promise results he couldn’t guarantee, and I appreciate that level of honestly a LOT. It was a tricky ticket and I knew that it would be hard, and hearing someone really listen to me and tell me my odds of success in a straightforward manner was very comforting, even if it wasn’t great. Several law firms tried to charge me 5 times as much and “promised” results without discussing the downsides, and this firm was the opposite. VERY reasonable pricing, honest information, and willing to answer a lot of (probably stupid) questions. It was a great first impression. I hired them and waited. It took a while but eventually I got a call that a deal had been negotiated and my record would stay clean. While it was still an expensive ordeal, I saved myself a lot of anxiety and headache by hiring this firm and managed to keep my driving record in good shape. They were very kind and patient when I checked in for updates and communication was very clear.

I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Keep up the great service for your clients, it does not go unappreciated.

I could not renew my license due to citations I was never aware about that were very old, but on my record. I had a few in Bexar County and a few in Atascosa County. I called a few attorneys in San Antonio who only wanted to handle the citations in SA. I didn’t want to hassle having to hire different attorneys to represent me and help me get these cleared up.

Working with this firm and Jonathan was a client's dream. They were responsive, informative and reasonably priced. My husbands CDL was up for permanent suspension due to old tickets he paid off and Johnathan worked diligently and efficiently for the court to find a "negative finding" and clear the suspension.
