Forever 21

I went yesterday on 11/8/22 to pick up an item (tote bag) that I purchased. I was very pleased with the Manager Matthew and his staff. I have been inside the Forever 21 store at La Cantera three times in the past month. Each time the store is very clean and spacious where a shopper can shop around. All 3 visits the staff has been very helpful and super nice. I was able to apply for a Forever 21 credit card at this store, the Forever 21 store at North Star Mall didn't offer me the opportunity to get the discount when applying for the credit card at the last visit with them.

F21's clothes offers okay but great quality for the lower prices they tend to showcase throughout the store. Mainly lots of clubbing, business and daily wear. This store is large, so there's tons and tons of variety! The jeans get baggy within a few hours, so they don't stay fitted throughout the day. But I guess that depends on what brand each consumer purchases within the store. And I already gave mine away, so I don't know what brand it was. However, I definitely need to add that F21's under garments are creative and sexy. So I like that! Material & fabric of the under garments actually holds up while being worn. Regarding the atmosphere, the building & store itself is gorgeous!! Generally clean & organized. Beautiful chandelier in the ceiling, fancy artwork and modern furniture. Customer service is always there for me when I need them... altho last time I went, they could've be a bit friendlier (seemed they were short-staffed that day, so I'm going to assume their "urgency" came off as "rude" unintentionally). Overall, it's a great place. So yes, I would recommend checking them out lol

We came this location to return some clothes that did not fit. It was busy at weekend. The line is pretty long but the staffs worked quickly and they were friendly. The store was clean and tidy. I like the way they decorate their store. They use Boss speakers so the music inside the store sounded so great. Since it located at La Cantera, it was easy to stop by while shopping at this area. It was way better than the branch at North Star mall.

The customer service here, at least from the times I’ve been here, have positively exceeded my expectations. I’ve been told horror customer service stories about Forever 21 but never experienced it. Both associates went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress for me. I will be coming back for more cute clothes soon!

Excellent retail outlet for fashion clothing for women, men and children. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. My family and I greatly enjoyed our shopping experience at Forever 21 in the La Cantera shopping center.👍

Forever 21 is a hit or miss and let me tell you it has been hitting recently!! I got the cutest summer outfits!

Very clean store, great customer service, and merchandise was well organized and not a wreck like you find in some other stores.
