Incredible service! The girl working the counter was SO sweet and talkative. The food was delicious, not too greasy and a great taste. Close to public transportation and plenty of parking around. You can even buy pizza by the slice! Highly recommend.

We just moved to the area and were struggling to find good pizza until we hit up West Napoli today! Got ourselves a cheese pizza and a veggie one, and both were awesome. The crust was yum, and the veggie pizza was loaded with veggies. I called them for a special request, and the lady on the other end was super sweet and nice. Overall, we loved it! Totally recommend giving it a shot!

I love salad and my absolute favorite place to have a fresh,delicious grilled chicken greek salad with romaine lettace added is West Napoli on Center Street. The family owned restaurant offers tasty and very savory appetizers and entres. Their pizza is enjoyed by our entire school on a daily basis. If you have the opportunity, try out this fantastic restaurant as soon as you can.

Amazing food!!! Everything tastes home cooked and the ingredients are fresh. Prices are a little high but the food and service are totally worth it. The family who owns west Napoli are so sweet and friendly. I absolutely love this restaurant!!!

The best place in West Roxbury! The service is unbelievable; truly the nicest people you will meet. On top of that, the pasta is some of the best i’ve ever had. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and I am yet to be disappointed. Highly recommend this place!

By far one of the best pepperoni pizza's I've had in the Boston area. I'm always trying new places, and West Napoli checked all the boxes! I'll definitely be returning soon!

Awesome eggplant parm sub! The subs come in 3 sizes, heads up, their medium is pretty big. Staff/owners were all lovely. Place is modern and clean.

Always get a turkey and provolone sub toasted with mayonnaise and lettuce. The bread used on the sub is perfect. Only place I go to for a great lunch!

The old ownership was great, and the new ownership has kept the same great food and great service.

Our families favorite pizza in the area and we’ve tried them all. Generous toppings, good crust, decent prices, consistency, great service. Plus, the place is really clean, not grimy like many pizza/sub shops.

It’s not gourmet, but for a decent local pie, it’s my fav.

Ordered a Prosciutto Italian from here and it was fantastic. Nice and simple (prosciutto, fresh mozz, basil, balsamic and tomato) on some great bread. Love this style Italian sub and the people working there were super friendly and appreciative. Thank you and I will certainly be back!

P.s. Have to try the pizza next time, smelt phenomenal when I was there.

The woman who took my order and served me (possibly an owner) was the most pleasant person I dealt with on my trip to Boston.
She gave me the best eggland parmesan sub ive ever had. Asked for extra mozz and grilled peppers, and they were grilled to perfection.
Even the grinder roll was nice and soft, and not too "bready".
If that was the owner, you can tell she puts a lot of hard work and passion to this restaurant.

My partner and I visited West Napoli Pizza and were amazed at not only the quality of the food, but also the service. We had the Buffalo chicken calzone and it was easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever ordered. I cannot recommend this place enough, it was such a warm and welcoming environment!

They make an amazing sub and fantastic deserts and have super friendly and amazing staff. They remember me as I come back almost every day for lunch. The owner is an amazing person and goes out of her way to make sure every customer is taken care of.

Stopped in for 2 quick subs. Not a regular. Place is clean. Food very good. Prices better than norm. What will make me return is while eating employee, or owner idk, of 23 years came from kitchen to table to personally make sure all was well. I'll be back.

This is my favorite spot in our neighborhood. Family owned and ran. Good, genuine people serving good food. They care about their customers and it shows. The subs are massive at a more then reasonable price. I try not to eat it to often, but when I do. This is where I get my Chicken, broccoli and ziti. It's very good. If you like a creamy Alfredo style, look no further.

We started ‘pizza Fridays’ when the pandemic started and have tried many local pizza places along the way. Last night we ordered from West Napoli for the first time and we won’t be going anywhere else from now on! The staff was friendly, the restaurant is clean and the food is AMAZING! Our only regret is not finding this place sooner— a must try! You won’t be disappointed.
