CVS

I called 6 different CVS this morning wanting search for a specific medication for my son due to lack of inventory. This CVS is the only one that I was actually able to speak to a pharmacist while other CVS either just put me on hold forever or pick up my phone and put it on the side without saying a word. Not only did the pharmacist answered the phone, he assisted me with such a happy vibe. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service from Saurabh. We noticed he went out of his way to be incredibly (and proactively) helpful to the customers. He is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to interact with. A stark contrast to Omar in the Chestnut Hill location. Keep up the excellent customer experience, Saurabh.

I love CVS because I go there all the time to just get little things, but also I get my medications from the pharmacy and I get the over the counter stuff when I'm really sick, so this CVS staff has really seen me at my worst and is always very patient. The wait for meds is usually not that bad, but there have been times where I'm told "it'll take fifteen minutes" and then it takes an hour and a half. Not a fan of how holistic "medical" supplies and supplements are stored in the same aisles as actual medications, but this is not a uniquely CVS problem.

OMG I LOVED Diana Troiano! She was so nice, willing and patient enough to take the time to sit down with me and help me pick out make that would help and work best for my skin tone. She helped to also explain how to use each makeup i was going to purchase. An said that she was willing to do a makeup tutorial with me, but I didn't have time to stay and do it. However i will be going back to see her again an ask for more makeup help!!!!

In general, the service is normal, perhaps a little biased, but I'm used to the fact that pharmacies serve this way.

CVS is a great place to shop for household and personal goods. Reasonable pharmacy.
