FROZEN FOOD QUALITY CONTROL IS POOR-Bought 4 Jose Ole burritos and they were MOLDY WHEN OPENED right when I got home to microwave them. Store was clueless and never comped or refunded my money. I emailed corporate email and a Mark Caliri the corporate office "Customer Service Field Consultant" promised to send me a voucher for the $11.00 total spent after taxes on the 4 moldy burritos but never did!. This means the burritos were left out of the freezer for over a week and thawed which causes moisture inside which turns to mold. This is the timeframe it generally takes. That customer service rep Mark Caliri's email replies were a bunch of nonsense saying "we value their customers more than anything else and we want to keep you as a valued customer" blah blah blah

It's blatantly obvious the owners of this 7eleven don't care in the slightest about their employees, the property around, or their customers.

The parking lot during the past snowstorm, was plowed at the very beginning of the storm, and not touched after. There is a foot of snow in the lot, the plow that did come through, piled all of the snow in front of the neighboring business, and now they don't have any parking available. The sidewalks are not shoveled. They are always out of stock, never have any new product. The previous franchise owners here were amazing. They knew their customers, they were friendly, they were great! The new owners are never around, and haven't a single clue what is actually happening in their store. They're so focused on cutting corners, and saving money, the store suffers greatly. This is appalling, horrendous, and downright disgraceful to the store chain I know and love.

There are 2 7-elevens exactly 1mile in either direction, both of these are amazing stores. Go to those ones instead.
