We moved an entire house into an apartment in Boston with the help of our talented GG team. The week went fabulous, the crew was super positive and organized. They took direction very well and worked incredibly efficiently. It was impressive to watch. Tim, Zac, Alex, Johnny and the other guys were an awesome team!!! Our family would highly recommend using Gentle Giant. Extremely well run organization!

I have used Gentle Giant several times, and will never hesitate to use them again. Everything from schedule and quote process to the actual moving experience has been beyond amazing! My last team - Jack, Chloe and Dominic was outstanding! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This is the third time that I’ve used Gentle Giant and they are consistently excellent! They work as an organized team always neat, polite and very well trained in navigating tight spots. They were careful wrapping our furniture and always very attentive to details!

If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic job. Terrific crew. Incredibly helpful and professional. Very efficient, yet careful. The packing was perfect, nothing lost or broken. They assembled and place my furniture and belongings everywhere we asked. Tremendous job packing up a home of 38 years and moving us to a condo. Fabulous.

Lucas and Kes were amazing! They were so professional and kind. We have a 3 part move and have finished the first two parts. We requested them for the third part. They were so efficient and strong and barely took any breaks although I kept telling them they should! Lucas and Kes are the best movers we’ve ever had! They do Gentle Giant proud!

The Gentle Giant were absolutely AMAZING!! This was a huge move with a tight timeframe and they exceeded expectations. Extremely professional and precise - never missed a beat. They handled our home and its contents with TLC. From day 1 to last day, we were beyond impressed with Gentle Giant and would highly recommend to anyone. The gentlemen who came and wrapped my belongings, and the gentlemen who came the next day and moved my belongings were friendly, efficient, helpful, polite and professional. They were careful with all my belongings, and didn’t laugh at all the Christmas ‘stuff’ I have. They helped to make a difficult two days better. Two thumbs up. Thank you for all your help. Our Gentle Giant moving crew was absolutely extraordinary! I have used other moving companies in the past and was dreading moving but Gentle Giant makes the whole experience magical!
The team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth move even beyond what I would expect from a moving company. As one example, Danny went to Home Depot after hours to get furniture pads for our furniture and other things he believed would be helpful. Then we had a piece of furniture separately. They didn't have furniture pads on it and Danny, our Gentle Giant lead, noticed that one of the pieces would be likely to scratch our newly finished floors. He gave them furniture pads and asked them to put it on. Likewise, he was extremely flexible throughout the move, had thoughtful suggestions for sequencing and efficiency, and clearly genuinely cared about our needs. They were so thoughtful in approach, efficient, and hard-working that the move came in substantially under the estimate they had quoted. The whole crew was amazing, friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. I cannot recommend Gentle Giant highly enough! Thank you, Danny and team!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a repeat customer, we had another great moving experience with Gentle Giant, this time 24 years later! Consistently awesome, from the reservation process to the estimates, great communication throughout. And on move day, two fine young gentlemen showed up right on time and ready to work. London and Liam were just outstanding. Very professional, friendly, diligent, respectful, and helpful. They took great care with our items including a white cloth sofa, wrapping it carefully to prevent getting it dirty during transit. They went above and beyond to make our experience with the move stressless and easy. Thank you for all the great help today relocating my elderly mother’s furnishings and belongings.

Simply the best moving service in the greater Boston area. The most professional moving team one could ask for..kind, considerate and well mannered movers. The team was on time, packed everything with care, and unpacked in the same fashion. My move came under estimate as well.

The Gentle Giant teams that moved our furniture were highly professional, very efficient, and paid great attention even to the smallest detail. They listened attentively to all our requests, and did everything to satisfy them. We were perfectly happy with their work.

The experience of removing a few boxes & items from storage turned out to be much smoother & easier than expected. I arrived right at the appointment time & the staff were waiting & ready. They laid out all the boxes so I could go through . Gave me plenty of time to go through. Helped get the boxes I need to the car & had everything else back in storage before I left.

Couldn’t have gone smoother! I hired Gentle Giant to unload my UHaul after moving. The 20’ truck was completely unloaded in less than 3 hours, and everything was in its place and assembled perfectly. The movers were incredibly friendly and helpful, I will be hiring them for my next move 100%

Mindaugus and Sebastian, were the best of the best. Fast, efficient, kind, cautious, friendly and courteous. Absolutely stellar performance and pleasent experience. They went above and beyond. If management is reading this those guys deserve a pat on a back and a raise in pay. They represented your company with the utmost respect and made me actually want to take the time to sit down and write this review (granted I'm avoiding unpacking all these boxes, but nonetheless blown away) thanks guys for making a unpleasant experience, smooth and bearable.

These three were amazing. They were on time, friendly, careful and methodical during pickup and the two dropoffs.

Working with them was easy. We would work with them again.
