Elizabeth was amazing! This was my first time here, and she was so helpful throughout the whole process! She measured me, got me different sizes/styles and colors to try on so, that I could be comfortable as possible! Elizabeth will now be my go to girl! I recommend her & this location! Mercy was OUTSTANDING today!! She was so helpful and her suggestions were spot-on. I didn’t feel like she was trying to up sell me on anything but did point out that with their sale and the Labor Day bonus that I could maximize my purchase. Which I did!! I’ve never shopped at Soma before, despite many friends suggesting I do so, but they have found a new customer. Thank you Mercy for making this sooo easy today.

I went to this Soma last night because my friend and sister wanted to buy me a couple of new bras for my birthday. We went in about 10 minutes before closing. Yvette and Andrea, I think that's her name, were so very kind and really patient. Yvette measured me and picked out 3 lovely bras that fit me perfectly! I had just come from the other bra place, where the gal there incorrectly measured me. I felt so comfortable at this store with these 2 ladies, that if I lived in San Antonio, I would be coming back! Also, their selection of lounge wear is absolutely beautiful! Was very happy with the bras and the exceptional customer service!

Yvette is amazing. That place was overrun and she handled it so professionally. She didn't give up after 3 rounds of spillage until i found something that fit correctly. She needs a raise or a promotion. I didn't think anyone worked that hard in retail anymore.

Wonderful experience. Nothing worse for ladies. Had a complete bra size change after having my baby and nothing I have fits right or comfortably. I went in and eas greated right away. I was measured upon request and I have never been treated so well in a store. I think there was a Geri, Carmen and Christina that helped from start to finish. The bra I got today was the most comfortable and supportive, high quality and well worth the price. I signed up for their email and coupons because I will be their customer for life. Thanks again!
