H-E-B is, hands down, the best grocery store in Texas! They have everything you need for all kinds of grocery needs, even "Simple Life" brands in their health foods section. Their produce, dairy, and meat sections are without comparison to any other grocery store because they have the widest selections of products that I've ever seen, and the center section of H-E-B is magnificent!!! The center section has the most variety of grocery items from all over the world, with many items grown, produced or manufactured in the Great State of Texas itself! Amazing selections, outstanding prices, coupled with that warm, southern, Texas hospitality from the employees who work there makes for an outstanding shopping experience! 🛍

Was shocked ! Moved by a compassionate Pharmacist and Staff.

My wife is batteling bone and liver cancer. I called to fill the Script and told Pharmacist I was trying to take my wife to the beach. She said I will have the prescription filled in a few minutes. I replied that I would be going to the store to pick it up today.

Went to get a prescription and was given a Beach Matt !!!! The Pharmacist and staff signed a hand written card letting us know they care. I was crying as they gave this to me.

Wow !!!!! What a Powerful Moment from strangers who took a minute to impact our lives.

I haven't been a resident of Texas for too long. When I first walked into H-E-B, I was like, wow! It is such a big store. This store offers plenty of items and everything is organized well. I could literally spend all day in H-E-B if I wanted to. I enjoy the variety of food, especially the meat section. I will continue to shop here.

First time here as I'm on vacation from NC. We stopped in here to buy groceries and snacks. We really didn't go through the whole store but we found what we needed.

We checked out with Shayne. Shayne T was very friendly, welcoming and helpful!!! Loved his smile and enthusiasm!!! Aaron (manager?) was very friendly and helpful!

One of my favorite HEBs. They have a little bit of everything including more quality items. Recently they've stocked different kinds of mushrooms that are great for dinner. I also really enjoy their meat section.

HEB has a lot of sales on almost all groceries. You can get in store coupons and coupons on their HEB app. This store is so clean. The bathrooms and parking lot are clean. They have security inside the store and outside the store. I needed help in their kitchen and dinning department and I received help right away. The person who helped me was very friendly and help me find what I needed. I would definitely recommend this HEB to you.

Always a big selection of fresh foods. Not too crowded when I’ve been. There are a lot more food selections when compared to other grocery stores. They just can’t compete with HEB. And if you need non food items, they’ve got those too. Including a pharmacy.

I have missed shopping in HEB.

This H-E-B is quite a nice store, I was impressed as I walked in on the garden area. The options for fruits and vegetables are great! Sushi is delicious! So many choices.

Had issues with my favor delivery today (delivered at a wrong place and refused to fix it). Called heb and spoke to a nice, young gentleman and got my items within an hour, mind you it wasn't long before closing. Since I don't have a car and it's freezing outside, that pretty much saved me. Idk who he was but I hope he'll be blessed with a happy life. 😊

Love this H.E.B., everything I've ever needed has always been in stock, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and the curbside service here has never gone wrong for me.

Unfortunately, this is a place where you will possibly be yelled at for any reason by a few entitled old white women who clearly think you don't belong in "her store". This is regardless of you being in uniform or of your elderly mother picking out cake mix for her 4yr old Grandaughters birthday.

It's like the elderly roaming that store are mad at everybody, and eachother, for being there when they are there during the daytime. Not even the wonderful employees are safe from these people between 10:30AM -
2:30 PM.

everyone is very nice always offering to help not just to take groceries to the car is inside the department has well. And specifically the young employees at the Curtside

Great location in Alamo Ranch. Very clean and well stocked. As expected, very busy on weekends. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Love HEB.

We come here all the time...as do millions of other customers. That is the biggest frustration. Nothing against H-E-B, but an overpacked store of rude disrespectful customers is frustrating. The shelves are usually well stocked. Today, September 16th, however they had thousands of nasty, moldy, rotting strawberries. I would think they would throw out this garbage. I looked thru several containers and they were all bad.

I’m really impressed with how H‑E‑B is presenting their food. Well guess what H‑E‑B. It wasn’t on my list but I bought it and boy was it really delicious. The flavor was so good. I never had orange marinated salmon on a plank. Instructions were easy to read and grilled to perfection. Would highly recommend if you see it.

This place is awesome! The customer services was amazing thank you Adam for bringing us our groceries so quickly and being so professional with us! Everything exceeded Our expectations! The reason for that is because usually when we visit other hebs around town the produce is old and tortilla are old but this time everything was so nice and fresh! You are now my go to H‑E‑B! Thank you for all you do curbside!🥰❤❤❤

We are BIG fans of the HEB brand for many reasons. Not only their stores have excellent products and quality but also their philosophy and filantrophy is very positive and admiring.

They help and embrace the community in a very unique and touching way.

They organize great events for everyone.

Obviously, this also reflects on the treatment to their employees who always seem happy and proud of representing the HEB brand.

And now they are leading the distribution of vaccines in the area in a very impressive and organized way.

Because of all this, we'll always remain loyal to the HEB organization and will be promoting their quality and initiatives.

Love this location’s bakery (Alamo Ranch PKWY location). Ordered a birthday cake and the young lady taking my order knew exactly what I wanted. When I picked up the cake it looked awesome!! Great flavors as well, everyone at the party thought it looked and tasted excellent, empty plates and no leftovers is always a good sign👍

Stephanie in the deli was so quick to help Mr get the charcuterie board that I really wanted. She stopped what she was doing in the deli and made me this beautiful board. The store was busy and Stephanie helped me with an ease in her ways and made me feel special today. Thank you Stephanie

I went in late tonight around 930pm, and I have to say Tristan was absolutely awesome. He worked efficiently to get everyone checked out and bagged our groceries. I started to bag my items and Tristan swiftly took over. As you can imagine it was busy with people checking out and only two lanes remained opened + self checkout but he managed to cash everyone out and didn't let anyone bag their items. Through the busy line he still managed to check in with everyone verbally as well ❤. Just wanted to share my experience with the Partner named Tristan.
