Tim, John and their crew are wonderful! After surviving an accident that my insurance company called "an act of nature," my Husband and I were in shock and not quite sure how to proceed. John, Tim and Denise stepped in and helped us with the process from calling our insurance company to setting up our rental car. From their great customer service to the high quality of the work done on our car I would never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them. 5 stars

I never fill these things out.
I had a rear end collision which pushed me into the telephone pole. My 2021 F250 was crunched like you see in a movie. I have to hand it to Tim and John. They did an incredible job. They used all new factory parts. The front end was destroyed and the cement truck crushed the rear end. Unbelievable it wasn't totaled. They put my truck back together and had to paint the whole truck. I simply was amazed. The paint job was far superior than the factory. I know that they did nothing extra but the ride in all respects is better than the first day I bought it. A buddy told me to take my truck there. The O'connell brothers

I just picked up my BMW today and Tim and John did a wonderful job replacing my driver’s door and blending the color to match the car. It was also ready earlier than estimated. I HIGHLY recommend O’Connell Body Works in Walpole. High quality and they really care. A famly business.

John doesn't have the "classic" used car salesman friendly attitude. But he won't miss guide you. He is a straight shooter. I recommend at least getting an estimate from him for your work.
