Sam the store manager and every staff helped me find 4 shoes that will fit me the best. Wonderful, wonderful job. The nicest staff and I love Clark’s quality! Last shoe I have lasted for 4 yrs! With constant traveling. ❤ Love love.

Love the shoes (2 pair for $99.00) but I had my foot operating on when I got back from Bizarro World and now have a left foot and a right foot instead of the 2 right shoes that I got, lol Just kidding! I did get 2 right shoes but no problems exchanging.

They help you find the right shoes, suggest some more but not push you. I need wide width shoes and they always help me find it. If they are still tight, they expand it for me and make sure I am comfortable till I walk out of the door. I love their staff. I only buy it from there. And They have helped few friend of mine as well and they all have liked shopping there as well.

I originally went into this establishment to purchase some shoes and I must say: great customer service. The lines and needs of customers were heavy, yet they found time to assist me in setting sizes and showing products. Great customer service. Great prices!

Today we went to Clark at Allen outlets. The moment that we walked in into the store we found a smiley welcoming man his name is Andrew that was so helpful and very patient. He tried his best with us to find the pairs we wanted. We liked the way he was dealing with us and how he was professional sales man. Great experience, will be repeated soon.

I got the buy one get one 20 deal. The boot already was reduced and the second pair for 20. Also got senior off. Amazing quality and friendly staff. David help us to find the one and let us search after 9 nicely.
