The UPS Store

I would like to thank Jack for all his help with my mistake. I brought a package to be returned to Amazon and he help with it very quickly. Once I got back home my wife informed me that I put the wrong item in the box. I rushed back with the correct item and Jack sifted through countless boxes to locate mine. He did not have to do this as the UPS driver was already there loading up boxes. I was able to switch out the item and it was returned on time. Thanks again Jack.

The UPS Store staff is always respectful and asks questions to understand my printing needs each time I come in. They have quick turnaround times and high quality work. Their prices are affordable compared to other printing places and many competitors are online only ship to you. The in person experience is always my preferred method so I can see and feel the paper options for each of my printing needs.

Recently I shipped a package and by the expected delivery date it looked like it might have been lost in transit. Melissa took all my information and kept in daily contact once the package was found through to it’s delivery. That kind of customer service is rare these days! We ship a lot through this store and this was likely impacted by the bad weather we had. Either way I appreciated her monitoring the shipment and ensuring it was delivered.

This is my favorite UPS store! Melissa is the store manager, and she efficient and kind! All of the employees she hires are excellent as well! Chase and Jack are amazing and customer focused as is her entire staff. They are always busy , but the wait is fast due to their efficiency! I appreciate Melissa and all of her employees and will continue using this UPS store! 5 stars A plus! Thanks Susie

Add on… to the customer that said Melissa is rude… shame on you! Melissa goes above and beyond to provide stellar customer service while keeping her cool with unacceptable and surly customers such as yourself ! She is exceptional at her job as are the staff she trained like Jack and Chase!

Shipping was never a problem here. I recently had an issue (my fault) and Jack was amazing. He contacted UPS and made sure my package could be returned as best as it could and updated me along the whole way. He also was not hesitant on answering any questions or concerns I had during that time. Thank you again jack for taking care of me!

This is a great UPS store! Super clean, lots of parking and amazing staff.

FRIENDLY STAFF (honestly is an understatement. As the staff each time I come in, makes this country boy feel like I'm getting the VIP treatment..... From the warm greeting I always receive, welcoming me by name, being extremely helpful whether I'm returning an Amazon order, mailing something out or collecting my mail & packages from my box for me)....

Anyone who has previously worked retail, knows just how exhausting it is. Yet none of the staff ever let it show. And take the time even where there's a line to greet & acknowledge each guest that comes in.

If you're like me & hate going to the DPS..... WHILE you're going to LOVE this place. Because it's nothing like that. Unlike our government these employees know what they're doing & are quick & efficient in how they process each customer. So even if you do walk in & there's a line, by the time you finish sending a text you're already at the front.

So I wholeheartedly recommend this UPS store and thank you to the staffer always making it a pleasure to come in keep up the great work guys!

The customer service at this UPS Store is top notch! I was in and out in about 30 seconds, and even when I've had to wait, the staff always tries their best to assist as quickly as possible. One of the guys ran to get the door for me while I was carrying a lot of stuff, and the other was equally friendly and efficient at processing my package return. The store is clean and well cared for, with ample parking outside.

Chase is the guy to get. Fast quick service. Found my iPad for me when the other employees were too lazy/inept to do it despite me showing them an email from ups saying it was at their store.

I've been visiting this location for the last six years and have never has a single issue. Employees are welcoming and feel genuine with their greeting. It can get busy at times but they get that line down pretty quickly. It's pretty impressive!

Lee makes it a pleasure to do business at this UPS store. His customer service is impeccable and he always makes me feel like a valued customer. I especially appreciate that he recognizes my face and greets me by name, when I first walk in! I wish all employees were as conscientious as Lee. Thank you!

Huge shoutout to the service provided by Chase, Carson, Preston. These three gentlemen were more than willing to help us deal with our Amazon returns and were patient and kind with us!

I’ve had a suite mail box with this UPS Store for the past 5 years and every year their service excels the last. Not only is the customer service good but they remember your name, business and anticipate your needs. Even when they’re team changes. I’ve used several other companies in the past that offer similar services and nothing else compares. Love it here!

Ok guys!!! Listen to this....I strolled up at like 5:02pm on a Saturday when they closed at 5:00pm, sad face, and Brennan the assistant manager opened the door for me and other customer. He was super nice to let us in and helped me print a label to send off a return package.....super fast process! I showed my gratitude and my goodbyes and left the store. I then proceeded to another store to make another return (bc online shopping) and went to grab the box and PLOT TWIST....I realized I gave Brennan THE WRONG BOX!!!! So I hauled azzzzz back to the UPS store knowing it was like 5:10 and just prayed they were still in there. Chase opened the door for me as I pleaded and gave my biggest puppy dawg eyes.....I explained my situation and they let me switch boxes and send off my correct return lol!! Woooo hoooo they are sweet angels I think. Anyways idk how I live my life but we’ll leave that for another review...lol

Melissa and the Team at the UPS store always takes amazing care of me and the staff of Resuscitation Taskforce. As a small business owner they take a lot of stress out of the team by support us with prints, fax’s, shipping and anything else we may need. I can always be certain that I will be greeting with warm energy and a smile each visit. I definitely can contribute the success of my team to the support of this caring team. This is a fantastic UPS store. The staff is both super helpful, efficient and friendly. The other day I stopped by the return a few Amazon orders and there were 7 people in front of me in line. I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes. I have also used their notary service. Great store!

I have enjoyed being a customer of yours for nearly 7 years. I am able to check by once a month and sometimes less. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and on top of things. I want to say thank you for 7 years of service . Last evening I was in and your terms had changed as my year contract was up I was told. The lines were long enough NG and I had plenty of folks waiting. I would have like to of been emailed the new contract and it not been made a huge deal in front of the community in there but the young man of a dark color was zealous on taking care of your account receivables in front of a busy store. I'm sure I told him I was a 7 year customer a few times and that it was a matter of info. I have changed my email on record a few times in person and it seems to default back to the oldest on record and I asked once again for it to be fixed. My small issue is that he detained my daughter's packages and would not release them to me. I asked since he had informed me of a new contract, price increase and bylaws if I could be allowed to go over it before committing and not at dinner time 2 weeks before Christmas standing in a long line with a driver waiting on me. My biggest issue was I was denied my mail and packages and being a customer this long I feel the situation warranted allowing me to get them and being emailed the new contract and giving me a few days to comply. I have always had wonderful service here and I'm sure it's just the busy season and fast paced that caused this professional short sighted Ness. I had additionally asked if my credit card on file had expired and I was told there was not one. I know I put one in place a few times especially when I email print jobs to you guys. Please get back with me and advise me of how you'd like to handle this. Merry merry Christmas, peace on earth and goodwill to all people.

Danny was awesome! I returned about 10 items from Amazon individually (so time consuming and a hassle on my end). Danny gave my husband and I A+ service. I didn’t feel rushed or judged. Although there is a closer UPS near our house, this one will be my choice of store!
