AT&T Store

Employees at this office were very helpful. I purchased a prepaid plan online, and AT&t support phone line was not helpful at all. I visited this physical store, and received excellent customer service even though I'm sure there was little incentive for them (not sure of their pay structure, but I doubt they get any commission on prepaid customers). Thank you

He most excellent at selflessness! He did not make me feel like a burden nor did he brush me off to be “someone else’s problem.” Robert stepped up and helped me, with everything! I am grateful!!! I had a great experience with Thomas from this store. I had very little time to spare while trying to Suprise my son with an upgrade to iPhone14. Thomas was thorough & helped me with patience & kindness with the process. What he didn’t know is I had just walked out of T-Mobile & left because I didn’t feel the rep showed enough options to me. I felt like I had to pull the information from him & left. So on that note 👏🏼👏🏼 Thomas I even baught the new watch to match🎉🎉

My phone fell in some water while working, I sought a replacement. Kevin was my first point of contact five minutes before closing time. He had great recommendations, was courteous despite the hour, and didn't overstep when I said I needed to do some research before committing. Another visit after completing some research and I left empty handed again for lack of inventory. Went back once more to work with Kevin specifically because of a sour taste from the inventory debacle and left with most everything I wanted. Kevin helped guide me to ongoing promotions that were close to my requested specs and I left with a new phone that should serve me well for the foreseeable future. I’ve been an AT&T customer for years and across multiple continents. Sales people should be friendly and helpful and this store has never dissuaded me from continuing my patronage. Kevin is the most recent in a line of helpful people at this store. If I do have further problems, I’ll continue to go to this store.

We were helped by Anthony and Matt! Both were great. They both run a very effective, efficient store. We came in to switch carriers, set up a business account and set up service to our home. We had a lot of questions and they answered every single one of them. They set up our plan and service within an hour. They helped us out with our bill to get us to a comfortable price and every charge that we would see was all shown to us upfront.

Anthony was very patient with me and all of my many questions. He was efficient as he could be (business accounts are a little longer process) and got me in and out of there.

Matt was very helpful in communicating with my service account for our home TV/Phone. He worked fast and they got me and my kids out of there within an hour.

My kids were with me and they paid attention to working as quickly and diligently so my kids wouldn’t loose patience.

It was an overall very positive experience! I have told all my family to switch to AT&T.

We have been with Verizon for years, we haven’t had the greatest cell service lately and we have been into Verizon stores on a weekly basis. I am so glad I didn’t run my business plan with them, the quote the gave me was really high and since we switched to AT&T I can talk to my customers and employees on the phone without loosing calls! It truly is a breathe of fresh air.
