Chris was fabulous! I can’t say enough about her. She was kind, sweet, patient and extremely helpful. She made my upgrade super easy. I am older and this process is stressful for me. She represents Verizon superbly and I was thrilled to work with her. I hope Verizon recognizes what a valuable asset she is to their company.

Upgraded to the iPhone 15 and got the new Apple Watch Ultra 2; I recommend Chrissy, the manager. She was great and SUPER knowledgeable. She got me the exact phone I wanted (15 pro max 1 TB in white) and helped me transfer everything. Very swift and easy experience.

Darnell, at the Foxboro Verizon store is an extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and professional employee. He goes above and beyond to help with any and all questions or problems. I highly recommend him.

I just had to write this review because of the positive experience that not only I shared, but my entire family as well. Long story short myself, and my family had Verizon many years ago, but left due to a sour taste in our mouths with the customer service. Fast forward to the future I found myself in your Foxboro location which is where I met this incredible representative Paul. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was kind, extremely easy on the eyes, and genuinely seemed to care. He switched myself and my family all back to Verizon in what felt like seconds, because of how fast and efficient he was. I never take time out of my day to write reviews, but I just had to because of the level of service I received. The way that I saw this man multitask between other customers when he was all alone as well and still made sure everyone was acknowledged and taken care of was also remarkable and a rare case in retail these days. He did have help when his other coworker arrived and then it got even busier! But just witnessing how sweet and attentive she was to everyone was pleasing. They both made it such a comfortable environment to be in despite the chaos. I have to admit they make a great team together! I will now only deal with this location and also referring all others to go to this location!

Paul is absolutely incredible I have never seen anyone multitask the way he does. He was working all alone and he was dealing with 5 people all at once! He made nobody wait and he got everyone involved and happily engaged and I just have never seen that before. Verizon you have something very special here! Thank you Paul for your service, for you wisdom, for your smile, and for your efficiency! Give this man a raise!!!!

Amazing service at Verizon in Foxborough. It was so busy and he was able to get to everyone quickly and efficiently with a good attitude. We could even joke to him about how he looks like one of the Backstreet Boys! Best service ever!

Chrissy is hands down the most helpful and thoughtful Verizon employee ever. My fiancé and I finally decided to get on the same phone plans and get brand new phones. We had never done it before so it was important to us to have someone who was so helpful and knowledgeable. Chrissy was personable, quick, and very patient. We will be coming here for all of our Verizon needs! She’s the best!

Chrissy exemplifies the definition of serving the customer, and even better, she was useful, informative and helpful. And, human. That cannot go unrecognized. Unfortunately (or fortunately - I guess, whatever way you choose to look at it!) I had to visit Chrissy several times in a short period of time because I smashed a brand new phone I had just purchased through her, only 10 days prior. She was empathetic, understanding, creative in her problem solving efforts, and most of all, kind to my co-pilot toddler son who had to accompany to the store that day :) I know that’s not part of her job description, but that mattered to me…on top of (of course) answering all of my questions and getting me what I needed.

I think it’s important to take the time to share the goodness that we see in people who take the time to take care of customers. I hope this helps show why working with Chrissy has been an appreciated experience!

Love coming into the Foxboro location. Chrissy and the rest of the staff always take great care of me. Very knowledgeable, friendly, never feels I’m in a sales environment. I send a lot of friends in here to work with Chrissy. Highly recommend this store!!

We appreciate help from Chrissy! I had spent over 4 hours on the telephone with Verizon Tech Support and the line was disconnected several times. Chrissy was able to help us resolve our concern in 20 mins!! We truly appreciate Chrissy's knowledge, professionalism and customer service.
We have been assisted by several other people (possibly Heather and two other gentlemen) in the store in the past few months and apologies for not confirming their names but the staff is great!

Long story short my phone was only a couple months old and creating a software malfunction. The nightmare of dealing with Verizon tech support or customer service has so many obstacles you can't get anywhere. However with the patience. Dedication and eagerness to truly help me with my issue, both Dave and Chrissy went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved. Dave even called the service number and dealt with them to save me the stress. I will continue to use this locations service as they have made my experience way less stressful. I recently purchased a new iPhone 14 from Verizon in Foxborough. Dave, the sales rep, assisted me by answering every question and concerns I had. He was very friendly, informative, helpful and patient. He helped set up my new iPhone 14 along with my new iPad. Thanks Dave. You are the best!

I stopped in to get a new phone after breaking mine at Gillette stadium. We were greeted by Chrissy and she by far made it the best experience I've ever had with Verizon and I've had them for 10 years. She was extremely fast smart friendly and by no means took advatage of my situation. I live almost an hour away and I wouldn't hesitate driving it just to deal with her again by far 5 stars!

I had a great experience at R wireless. Ryan Kane, the store manager, went over and above to help me replace my phone and trouble shoot issues on my end. He answered all my questions, was friendly, personable, professional, and went the extra mile to help me with our account. It's the first time I've got a new phone and left with our bill coming out a less! Thanks for the great service!

My family and i went in to transfer 6 lines over to Verizon and purchase new phones. Chrissy our representative was outstanding!! She was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, really great to work with and super patient - whic is not an easy task especially having to deal with all of my questions!! From picking phones, cases, and other accessories. I never felt like she was "selling" us but rather keeping our best interests in mind. EXCELLENT service. Ty Lucas, Solution Specialist at the Foxboro location, was awesome! I went in very frustrated my phone was not working. He was so patient and understanding. He worked many hours trying to figure out a plan that worked for me and I am so appreciative. He was honest and communicative. I highly recommend you see him if you have any issues!! The other specialists were very helpful to the other customers as well! Thank you again!!
