I have to say. If anyone rates this place less then even 4 star, there having a bad day. BEST CVS I ever have gone to in 57 years.

Went here for a drive thru covid test. I had to have our whole family tested and was nervous about my 5 year old going through it for the first time. The pharmacy tech that assisted us in the drive thru was absolutely excellent and made the whole process smooth for her. He made jokes and had her laughing. What could have been a really scary experience for her ended up going so well. Thank you!

I would like to tell you what a polite and very helpful person Kenny was at the front register. Sometimes young people are impolite but not Kenny. I would definitely shop there again.

Typical CVS

Great CVS, but can someone please explain to me who came up with that entrance? It's barley big enough for two cars and I ended up joining what looks like quite a few people in hitting that curb. The whole building is fenced in like a castle with a narrow tight turned entrance. Why?

This is the worst cvs I ever been to. The manager was so rude about returning things. She was literally yelling at me. I can’t believe someone like that can be a manager. She has no respect for her customers and doesn’t even show one bit of customer service. She should be fired in my opinion.

Just leaving this CVS. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I went in looking for Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate minis. Their store is in disarray. So I asked an attendant who was so involved in her personal conversation that I was bothering asking. So I couldn't find what I wanted and went to ask her if she carried it in the back or to find out if they were putting it on the shelf. I didn't get a chance to ask because first I had to wait for a break in her deep convo between she and another employee that when I asked she snapped with That's all we have that's there. I just immediately left. Because I was definitely bothering her since her conversation was better and more important than doing her job or even simple good customer service.
