The manager of this location was very helpful, not only with my purchase but other customers in the store. Checked in with everyone shopping. Even though my exact item wasn't available, she offered me something very similar in store AND also offered to order my exact item. Recommend for holiday shopping.

I love kitchen stuff. I love variety. I love new ideas. What I love most when I go to a store is good customer service. This store has it all and AMAZING customer service. Like, I called corporate to compliment the employees and store manager on their customer service!
Yes, William Sonoma is a bit more pricey than I would like. But for the service and quality of literally everything I've gotten from this store, I will be going back any chance I get!

Super friendly. Woman who helped me with coffee machines knew her products very very well. Store was really nice and clean.

The staff at this store is truly amazing! I had an issue where a key piece of a product was missing from the box, so I called the store and left my contact information for them while they searched for a way to get the missing piece.

2 months later I called and they actually remembered me, had all the information and shipped it out to me.

Every time I'm at this store, the staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

Called in to see which espresso machines they had in stock. Cliff answered and was great to work with. We went to the store and he was just as friendly and attentive in person. We ended up buying several other items while we were there and Cliff & team made the process easy.

I had a great experience registering for my wedding with David at this location. He was so helpful and attentive. We found out later that the items we had scanned didn't record properly, David called and was able to re-create our choices by memory! I was so impressed. Teresa is another employee that I have worked with and everyone there is fantastic and knowledgeable. I recommend going here instead of Target. They really know their stuff!

Adrian was an absolute charm to work with! He was VERY knowledgeable using his PERSONAL experience with cooking and recommended several items that fit with my standards and stipulations! He wasn’t dedicated to any brand or price point, he gave me a wide variety of suggestions and truly was EXCITED to share his knowledge! Great service! Thank you, Adrian!

Can't say enough about the service I received from Marti today while shopping for a Mother's day gift. Marti was able to help me pick out a beautiul serving bowl that will be the center piece of family get togethers for years to come. She has a pleasant way about her and truly wants to take care of the guests that visit the store. Marti, thank you again for making this years Mother's Day shopping a wonderful experience.

I love shopping at our local William-Sonoma. The one at the Rosedale Shopping Center is my go-to. The staff there are so helpful, and they know their products well. It's a wonderful place to shop for gifts.

We ordered cook ware on line and received a few damaged I I talked to David at the store he was the only out of 3 stores who could figure out how to replace those pans right away 👌 and we wanted a really nice meat nice and he showed us one and it works great nice guy

The knife displays made me recall how violent eating and preparing food is. The staff was comforting and inviting. If you are into food one shops at Williams-Sonoma 👍

Well personable staff. I felt welcome the moment I stepped in. I ended up dropping a product and instantly I was met by 2 staff not seeing if the product was ok. But making sure I was ok.
