It's my nerdy tech husband's favorite store. They have anything and everything computer nerds could ever want. Great place! He just bought a Bambu Lab 3D printer, and he's made so many cool things, we have 3 other 3D printers, qbut this one is by far his favorite.

This is the best place to get your tech... I'll only purchase laptops here. Prices that match or beat most anything out there, coupled with fantastic customer service! They don't push or hover, but there's plenty of knowledgeable staff there for you when you need them. Highly recommend this gem.

Great service. I have bought the parts for the past 4-5 computers there and even have had one built custom for a special project and they took the time to call me to say there was an issue with the case I picked and we needed to change it out. They explained why and gave me choices. Such great customer service. It's the small things that make places like this better than others.

Need it for your computer, you will find out here! My son shops here for his computer needs. Lots of computer parts, printer ink, head sets for gaming, gaming chairs, computers, laptops. Lots of employees in the store as well. It also has smart watches and phones I believe. Prices are pretty good too! Would recommend for all your computer needs!

Store layout leaves some to be desired, but the workers did great some stand outa are even .O and tien they helped us find what we needed and were extremely polite.

First time shopping at an MC, and my son and I had a blast. It was a fun experience, and I found everything I wanted. I would have like to be able to see more budget cases on display, and it was kinda tricky to navigate the store with the crowd and oversized carts...but that can't really be helped. The staff was super helpful, and we got asked if we needed help at least half a dozen times. Can't wait to go back and nerd out some more!

The service and product availability was wonderful. I was able to walk in and walk out within 10 min. with a full gaming computer build. Bundle pricing was wonderful as well! Highly recommend!

Best place in the state for buying electronics, everything you need and everything you'll ever need. Great prices for items you can't even find online. And the staff is very friendly and helpful

We went here on Black Friday. I have never been here before, but my boyfriend has! The employees were extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. They answered with their most honest opinions and didn’t make us feel clueless when we were shopping for products. I wish I could’ve remembered the person’s name who helped us, but he did an excellent job assisting my boyfriend. He even unopened a gaming mouse for us so we could compare different ones. Very nice experience. I will keep going here for PC products. I left with headphones and even a new controller.

Me and my friend were looking to build a gaming pc and grab parts for a new setup. It was my first time at the store and it exceeded my expectations. The customer service was lovely and everyone was very knowledgeable. The store had everything I needed plus more. I’m used to ordering all my stuff online, so coming to a store filled every pc part I could think of was very cool.

As a PC nerd, I feel at home when I'm here. I love seeing all of the new technology that comes out. Just the other day, they had a free Oculus Quest 3 demo up and ready to go for anybody who liked to try it. It was awesome!

We must have came in at a lucky time, because they were running multiple 3D printers and the rep was super knowledgeable and cool. He gave us some free prints!

They had a racing simulator free for anybody to try, and it was an awesome set up with a racing chair and 3 extended monitors. It was so cool.

I've purchased many PC parts, and the representatives help me to make sure all of the parts are compatible, which makes it painless and stress free. They also offer warranties.

I could spend all day there. Now go check it out!

The greatest team with the greatest tech - everyone is always so helpful and considerate! I just wish they would get an update on the building. Traveling to different Micro Centers across the country really give you an idea at how dated this place is. I think business would improve even further if it was given a face lift.

My sons and I love going to this place to just browse. We bought some headsets, monitors, and a few smaller items. The deals are there if you look and time it right. The employees have been really helpful and accessible. It helped to sign up for the email communications to find out what was on sale.

The absolute best in the biz. So happy I have one near by - most recently they helped me to deal with a M.2 drive failing. I also build my computers entirely from this store. You're not going to find another store this comprehensive and helpful with your computer - whether it be a MacBook or a custom tower.

Made an appointment online for the next day. It’s started on time. Great customer service, good listening, advice presented clearly with choices. Good and realistic communication about when my fixed device would be ready. It was a great experience in a (for me) stressful situation.

A little difficult to find exactly what you need at first, but they have EVERYTHING you could possibly think of for your computer, plus a whole area dedicated to 3D printers and Raspberry Pi DIY stuff. I like that the staff lets you know they're around but don't really bother you, but if you do have a question it's easy to get help. That's the sweet spot in retail customer service and they do it well. Sucks that it's one of the only stores left, but I'm glad we still have one in the Twin Cities. I was able to find everything I needed to fix up my laptop and upgrade the RAM, and I picked up some tools for fixing other electronics. Prices are great and I found a lot of things I needed with nice discounts because they were an open box. I look forward to coming back when I have another tech related project.

The knowledge level of the staff is amazing. There are always enough staff you don't have to wait long to talk with someone. The products are competitive with Newegg. My wife says, it's the only place where you will NEVER have to wait for the women's restroom ;)

Brought my computer in to get looked at for crashing. The sales supervisor Tim was extremely helpful and assisted in the diagnosis. I had a warranty on my computer and they switched out the processor fan at no cost, now the computer runs great without crashing. Thanks Zahid and Tim!
