I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Zack! He must've been able to tell I was on a mission and immediately asked if there was something specific I was looking for and there was..(: he had shoes picked out , sizes brought from the back and then was able to upsell me on a Van's beanie all in a 10 minute span! Lol thanks Zack you were super refreshing and gives me hope for this next generations customer service skills🤩

The salesman that helped me was extremely patient, friendly and helpful. I found the prices to be very competitive. Brands included Puma, Addidas, Ugg’s, New Balance, Vans (and I’m sure there are others).

Purchase process was fast and easy.

Great store for Converse, with knowlegable and friendly staff. Love the wide selection and wireless payment support. Quiet location on the second floor of the mall. Five stars for excellent service.

Great selection of converse shoes. Some of the styles aren't even sold at the converse store in Eagan. The employees are helpful and nice.
