Very friendly team. There was a long line but they were incredibly efficient, so the line moved quickly. I had a return. Bryan took care of it with a smile. Yay Rosedale H/M!!!

Great customer service! Shopped on a weekday morning and wish I asked for the name of the sales associate who went through the racks with me to find a particular top which happened to be the last one in stock. The only compliant is that they are the only store in the mall charging for a paper shopping bag.

I enjoy the inspiration this location gives. The fine details add to your shopping experience. This location gives a warm and cozy. Easy to find in the mall, right outside the Macy's. Product is abundant, doesn't matter who's shopping, men, women, kids, they have it all. This location is always busy, the mall is pretty popular and this location gets a lot of attention. An overall experience, if you're looking to get a different experience, come to this location. I'll be back.
