Great store layout and experience. Found everything I was looking for and more! Great selection of Athletic wear (Under Armour, Nike, Adidas, etc).

Update: went there again today Jan 20, 2024, specifically looking for shoes and didn't find what I was looking for. Disappointingly small Under Armour section and the one I was going to get wasn't in my size. Fine for casual shoppers.

While shopping I overheard a customer absolutely berate Diane, who was being most helpful. I stayed close as the customer was being verbally abusive and I didn’t want to leave Diane alone. The customer continued to insist on seeing a “male manager” despite one not being on shift, insisting “they” are much better at their jobs. Diane was doing everything she could to keep the customer calm and continued to professionally explain why some items were on sale and others were not. The customer could Not be satisfied and continued to complain to anyone she could find saying what a terrible review she would write. Her cashier even tried to cheer her up with no success. These employees were so professional and calm. Well done.

I love the Roseville Kohl’s store! It’s friendly, clean and easy to find what I’m looking for. I’ve not had a bad experience and I appreciate the staff. I can see how hard they work when some customers are so ungrateful. Andrea assisted me today upon check out and we enjoyed a good conversation while she processed my order and she double checked I used all my kohl’s coupons and kohl’s cash! Thank you Andrea for bringing a bright spot to my day 🌞🧡

Alyssa was very cheerful and sweet as she rang up my items and even alerted me of my Kohl’s cash that I could use. She is one in a million.

This store has always been so nice. It always confuses me that it's not at the mall, but it is right across the street. Clean, great employees, always a great store to shop at.

You can always find what you’re looking for at this store. The staff are super nice, & very helpful. The fitting room and the store itself is very tidy, neat & clean. This alone is quite a feat considering the staffing issues. I love this store, and it will always be my go to place to shop. Thank you.
