I have purchased curtains, drapes and blinds from JC Penney for almost 40 years. Always the best selection, prices, and service. Various styles, qualities and prices, something for everyone. This time we worked with Shannon on two homes, one each night. She is the most knowledgeable, informative, and nice. It took a fraction of the time with otherwise complex needs. They tried to find something that would look good for my sons wedding but nothing fit me . 6'5" and 280 I have a tough time finding anything that fits and that I Like. Thanks Anyway.

I visited Rosedale to replace my lost wedding ring. My husband and I walked around the Macy's jewelry counters several times, even expressed interest in buying a ring, but the three or four people staffing the jewelry counters wouldn't even acknowledge us, despite having no other customers. We left and went to JC Penny's. Nazek, a long-time employee, wasted no time greeting us and showing us what was available in our price range. She must have showed me a dozen different rings before I settled on one. She was patient and kind and didn't try to evaluate us based on what we looked like we could afford. We made sure to walk past the Macy's jewelry counter on the way out and show off my new diamond. Give Nazek a raise for showing high character and representing Penny's with class!

Pennies was having a very good sale on appliances. Since we needed to replace our dishwasher, the wife and I checked them out. Our salesperson arrived promptly to answer out questions. She was knowledgeable of the products they carried. We were able to save over $300.00 dollars on our purchse. The wife and daughter really like to shop here. I will not hesitate to shop there again.

Wish I could leave TEN stars!! My son and I went to JCPenney tonight to look for a new shirt for him at the suggestion of my teenage daughter. We walked into the men's department and started to look around. Mandy noticed that we were kind of struggling to find the right shirt for him so she came to our rescue. She started with the shirts we were looking at and then asked questions and carefully listened to our answers. Then she took us to a couple more sections of shirts until we found just the ones we thought would look good on him. She patiently helped us as he tried on the shirts and needed slightly different sizes and styles. Then, once we found the right shirt she helped us find the right pair of jeans. All the while she kept an eye on the register and helped people while my son tried on clothes. When one customer got snippy with her because they had to wait while she was helping us, Mandy was so kind and patient with this customer. My son and I left the store with the clothes he needed, big smiles on our faces and a new friend. Thanks for all of your help tonight Mandy!! We absolutely couldn't have done this without you!!!

The location for returns and pick-ups for online orders is on the lowest level of the store. If you enter the store near the Macy’s store parking-lot level, take the escalator or elevator down one floor. Walk 180° back from the escalator to the very back of the store. You will be able to easily see the location for returns and pick-ups. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The sales woman was a lot of help in selecting new drapes and shears for our home ,her name is Shannon , need new drapes,see her she's great .

They had great deals today for card holders! The people I engaged with gave me great customer service!! I love JCPENNY! They also had a great selection for plus size in workout clothes! I was impressed

I found a beautiful ring for a late Mother's Day gift! Harley and Nazek in the Jewelry Department were very helpful.
I am frustrated that I couldn't find a variety of black leather belts, let alone that most of the selection was made in China....

Great company maybe biased opinion as i work there too but almost 25 years must be a good place right. Even if i didnt work here, where else can one get deals this cheap not even at goodwill not even at Walmart. I wont go to the other retailers who are more expensive.
