I just returned a dress I purchased online and was blown away by how kind the sales associate was. The store was also extremely clean and organized and had the most beautiful new clothes for fall. I typically only shop online but when I have more time I will definitely return to this location!

Love that store! I always find something I like! The staff are friendly and helpful! They have trendy clothes. It's great if you're young, they also have great clothes for all ages and types. They usually send out coupons or you can earn points with your credit card. Their clothes always seem to be quality!

I received three pieces of Express jewelry from a friend for Christmas. The earrings had posts so I exchanged them for two pair of earrings with hooks. The dressing rooms were open so I tried on and purchased a pair of black plethor jeans and a dressy sweater to go with them. The Express staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous regarding the exchange and purchase. The store was clean and well organized. The overall positive experience was greatly appreciated.

I went in there with a picky teen And I mean picky!!! Rachel and Andrea were very calm with her nice had her try on multiple pairs of jeans until she found the right fit. I would definitely go back and have these girls help my daughter again!! Kudos to them for their patience!

My kind of store! Pricing was a bit expensive but for name brand clothing it's good. Staffing was knowledgeable and willing to help thanks to their training programs. Place was well kept and stock.

Great customer service. They seemed to have less inventory than some of the other Express locations in the metro but they went out of their way to find me what I wanted at a different store.

Love express as their clothes are made to fit a womans body and not a stick person. The Jean's are very comfortable and durable.

Had a very complicated return after ordering the wrong sizes online and they made it beyond painless. Would give 6 stars if possible.
