Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

David came for a drain issue I was having. He was great at explaining things, friendly, clean, and quick. Drain is working great now! Also love the next day service I was able to book.

This young man Brandon, that came to my house to fix my clogged sink, he was so kind. He was very professional. He explained everything to me. Gave tips and advice on how to maintain good flow. I was very confident in his ability and very satisfied with his work. I trust him and will call specifically for him if I ever need him again. Great customer service and satisfaction!

Had a clog that was driving up water and debris up into our downstairs bath and laundry room. Scheduling an appt for the very next day was so easy and the team was prompt, polite and got right to work on cleaning it out and fixing the issue!

Technician was out to my house quickly. Resolved the issue within a hour and made sure everything was working how it should before he left. a little pricy, but he did good work and the company stands by their work and will come back out free of charge if issue comes back.

Luke, a new technician was so professional and clearly outlined the process for me. He added a lot of humanity and ease to a process that is not typically enjoyable to go through. He dealt with the backup quickly and was done within an hour

Really pleased with Zeb’s ability to diagnose and solve our problem. He was extremely professional and courteous. Went above and beyond what we could have asked for. The only reason I did not select “good value” was because we had someone from roto rooter out last night that (through no fault of his own) was going to charge us $800 to remove the toilet and snake the drain. Really an unreasonable charge for something that took Zeb 25 minutes to do. We did try ourselves but lacked the knowledge to complete the task. I will use roto rooter again, but will be wary of unnecessary charges.

My plumbing issue happened over a holiday weekend, of course. In the past, I had been warned against using Roto-Rooter by a competitor, but hoped/thought my issue would be quickly and easily taken care of and figured they would be the best bet on short notice. The technician arrived shortly after my call and despite a lot of hard work over several hours and a five pound bucket filled with roots, was unable to resolve the issue. The Field Supervisor, Dalshun came out with a camera and both of them continued to try and fix the issue. After probably close to six hours, they finally determined that there was a section of clay pipe (old house!) that was broken and would require extensive work. A couple of days later, Dalshun returned with Jeffrey and Jacob (if I remember his name correctly). And of course, more issues. The gas line was right on top of the broken pipe which nearly gave me a stroke, but they didn’t seem the least bit phased and quickly came up with a solution. I was actually really impressed that the safety inspector came out to assess the situation and make sure the guys were safe. After a lot of work and coming up with a new plan on the fly, I had plumbing! They were really fabulous and worked so hard to quickly replace the broken pipe (which was initially installed incorrectly 100 years ago or whenever). It wasn’t cheap, but in what other industry would you have six people working at least 16 hours over three days (and just waiting for the cement repair) and not get charged quite a bit? It was a complicated and time consuming job. One of my friends was charged just a little under what I paid for the same issue, but hers didn’t require anywhere near the excavation and eventual repair of this situation. I have been so thoroughly impressed and happy with everyone who has worked on this job. Everyone has been very polite and friendly (the poor guys answered all my dopey questions-it was interesting!) and they took the time to explain upfront the cost of each step of the process. So, don’t always listen to the competitors. They might just be jealous because they have tiny plumbing equipment and can’t take handle the job!
