Brick & Bourbon

PART 2: Made it back for the smoked old fashion. It was exactly what I wanted. It was slightly sweet, great smoke presentation, and smoke aroma until the last drop. The quarter of waffle was good for dunking. But I did not like the bacon. So I just left it in the drink. (A candied maple bacon that is eatable would have been perfect!) Had the potato soup in a bread bowl. Nothing less than spectacular. Thick and a rich flavor, almost a pepererish heat that is not overwhelming. Fair amount of potatoes. My wife had the Beer Brat & Cheese soup, she was kind enough to share a bite. It was just as thick and flavorful as mine... now I have to have a bowl!
PART 1: Went during a busy time but were quickly seated. Drinks came quickly as did the food, I was surprised. We were looking for something light and shared a salad and sliders. They have a smoked old fashion that I wanted to try but will come back another time. If you see a large glass covering for like a pie, but can't see what's under it, you realize it's the smoked old fashioned. I ordered the fall pear old fashion and enjoyed it. Everything was great. This was the second time here. My daughter and son-in-law brought us the first time and remembered how good everything was. This is somewhat of a step up in dining and has a full bar. It's worth checking out!
FYI, I'm a fan of PB&J bugers, so I'm coming back for that and the smoked old fashion!

Great experience all around. The staff, food, and atmosphere are top-notch... even the fries are excellent (we got an extra order because they were so good).

I ordered the firecracker shrimp roll, and I upgraded my side to the creamed corn. The other parties in my group got the Waygu Sliders and a regular burger.

We got the pecan pie for dessert. Everything tasted amazing, and we had an excellent time. This place is definitely worth visiting!

First time diner. Loved it!! Service was great, the food was very hot and delicious, and the ambiance was incredible.

Ryan and his crew did a wonderful job making us feel welcome. Even though it was fairly busy, we still received quick service and super hot food.

I would definitely recommend a visit. I know we are sure to return soon. Next time, I'm going to try the chocolate chunk pecan pie.

Granted, let's take this from when we arrived at about three-something on Valentine's Day...very easy to find a spot, they were able to answer any and all of our questions, being our first time here, and all with absolute hospitality! Leiana was fantabulous!
The food... tried the Duck Bacon Wontons for a starter - fabulous!! We will definitely start with those again! For main courses my wife had the Chicken and Waffles...WOW! Blew my wife away (born and raised from Louisiana), she never thought she would get that kind of crunch and flavor! I had the Black & Bleu Mac'n'Cheese...Wowza that rich, tasty, the medallions cut like butter and were so moist. The noodles cooked just right, and that sauce...amazing!! We also grabbed the Maple Glazed Vegetables on the side...so good as well!

The signature Chocolate Rose Old Fashioned for the evening was smooth and very tasty! The Raspberry Wine Slushie was very refreshing and tasty!

For dessert, we had the Pecan Pie with ice cream, so gooey and delicious! Also had the Bourbon Maple Creme Brulee...perfect crusted top, and so melty, creamy on the inside.

10/10 will definitely be back again!!

Large portions and delicious food. Lots of options for everyone. I had a side salad, Mushroom & Jalapeño Quesadilla. Husband had a side of Mac and tater tot hotdosh.

We had such a great dinner at Brick & Bourbon! Our server, Amanda H., gave us the best drink and dessert recommendations. All of the flavors were unique and well paired with one another. We were able to join the wait-list and avoid a long wait which really makes a big difference on a Saturday night! Would highly recommend!

This was hands down one of the best atmospheres, restaurants and experiences we have ever had. Big shout out to our waitress Heather who provided the most exceptional service and made our entire dining experience amazing from start to finish!

Joseph was great! The food was delicious and fast. My 8 y/o daughter was thrilled that they ribs on the kids menu! My wife ordered the morning after burger. It was delicious! The bill was very reasonable, I can't wait to come back!

I was really surprised by this place. The food was really good and the service was also amazing! My friend lived in Kentucky for a long time and she was so thrilled to have some good bourbon food/drinks again.

If a manager sees this, please give kudos/extra money to the closing server on 2/8/24. She did several things for my friend and I that made us feel so welcomed and comfortable and we really appreciated her. I've already bragged on this place to multiple friends and we'll definitely be back!

This place has some great food and some great service. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken & Waffle sliders. My wife ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Both were amazing. The their bourbon BBQ sauce is great (got on the side for my fries). The Maple syrup for the chicken & waffles was off the hook. Great spot. Pretty spendy though. $75 for 2 adults and a 2-year-old. Well worth it!!

Went here for dinner with family and a friend. We wish brie appetizer came out hotter, but the jam with it was very tasty.

In the Coffee Stout short rib, the root veggies could have been cooked longer. That being gnocchi was amazing and the sauce was as well.

The short rib mac and cheese was fantastic.

My friend says the elk sausage did not really need the bacon, but again was still very good.

Kids cheeseburger was a good size and my 1 year old seemed to enjoy it along with the cup of applesauce.

Service was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Great place to catch a football game. Their Bacon BBQ sauce for the wing special is delicious! The seasonal Cranberry Hummus with fresh veggies and Naan tasted festive.

Valentines dinner was awesome. Great drinks and food. Highly recommend any mac and cheese dish! I had the buffalo chicken max and cheese and it was the perfect amount of creamy and heat. Dani V was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything. Great cocktails as well! Definitely coming back for more.

Friday, Saturday nights can be especially busy, the wait is totally worth while. The food and customer service has been excellent our past two times dining in. We've tried everything on the menu and continue to come back for the burgers. Plenty of parking around the building. Lots of seating, nice clean restrooms.

Edit: We were back again, burgers to go...food was fenominal! Burgers were perfectly cooked, fries cooked and seasoned well. Just can't go wrong, all at a reasonable price.

Excellent service, cool vibe and atmosphere, scrumptious food (most selections seem to have bacon!), and top shelf cocktails. Wow this place has it all. The alcohol list is a separate book, many bourbon choices and high end cocktails, plus a huge beer list. It was tough deciding on food. The duck bacon wontons are proper. Get those for sure. I went light and had the maple pecan radicchio salad and was glad I did. I added chicken and it was huge and very delicious. My wife had the burger and their fries are outstanding. It may be sysco food, I'm not totally sure, but I don't care. I would go back for sure. And get the smoked old fashioned!

If I could give it 100 stars I would. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left we were blown away. It’s been a really long time since we have been somewhere that the atmosphere was good, food was amazing, the service was even better. The place was clean and all the workers had smiles on their face. Hannah, our server gave us some great recommendations, took the time to get to know us, and was super friendly.

Our food was phenomenal. I’m not a huge burger person but decided to try one because I love fresh mushrooms. Best burger I’ve had! The house made ranch and fries were the perfect side!

We live two hours from Maple Grove but we will for sure be back! Already planning our next trip!

One thing about Brick & Bourbon I'll never say no to HH there. My go to drink is the "You're My Boy Blue." My new favorite plate, Chicken Caprese. They graciously accommodate my request for the ciabatta to be a bread side rather than a sandwich bun. The wings and duck wontons are always a hit too. Service has never been slow, the drinks are consistent and the food is great. Because of that I recommend checking wait time online and getting yourself on the list if needed.

We have been here multiple times. We usually like to come after the dinner hour when it’s not so busy and grab some wings and drinks.

Never had a bad drink or food here, but it can get quite busy.

I’d recommend in you’re in the area. A lot of the food is good, but wings never disappoint
