Called to ask about product availability and spoke to Brooklyn, she was AMAZING, although the product was only available online for all Minnesota locations, she was quickly able to tell me that and also gave me great advice on other ‘pants’ and not just leggings (which was perfect) that work well for tall women, straight leg vrs joggers, etc…which was extremely helpful and I’m ordering as soon as I post credit where due!! Thanks Brooklyn; you are a great Lulu educator and your exceptional customer service skills makes for a pleasant shopping experience whether be online or in store!

I went in with an internet order of shorts that were too small. Lauren was friendly and efficient. She didn’t have them in stock, so she placed an online order for me for the larger size, taking back the ones that were too small.

This retailer is a little spendy but my daughter loves the way the clothes fit & they're very much the "in" thing right now. The staff at the Rosedale Mall are very helpful & do everything they can to ensure your happy with your purchase. My daughter simply decided she liked another style more than what we bought & they gladly returned them & because they didn't carry the style she liked in store, they ordered them & shipped then directly to our house. So if you appreciate good customer service & quality clothing this place is actually worth the higher price tags

Super happy from my stop in today! I got my shorts in last minute from online today and realized they didn't fit along with the other two that got shipped separately the day before. I called 3 other locations with no answer. About an hour and a half before they closed Rosedale picked up immediately! I rushed over from Brooklyn Park, MN! I had a return/exchange I needed to do from a Klarna payment. All the girls were so helpful in figuring it out since it's something they hadn't done really before. After we put it on a gift card, (I believe her name was Izzy?) She helped me one-on-one figure out EXACTLY what I needed for my daily clothing and also helped me figure out sizing since I had issues from ordering online prior to stopping in. After trying styles she recommended to me that I might like; I ended up going with what she grabbed and products in different colors I'm in love with. She helped me order to send to my house and even left with a sports bra and 4 face masks! All the girls were so helpful and made sure everything I needed got addressed in a fast and friendly matter. Will definitely be stopping in again! Thanks Rosedale team!!❤

sarah and payton were so so helpful. i was a bit of a needy customer with lots of questions and needing different sizes. sarah started a fitting room for me right away and gave me suggestions for something else they had in stock when the item i was looking for wasn’t at their location. payton helped me find the perfect size leggings without needing any hemming done, as well as look to see what other locations might have the scuba hoodie i was looking for. very pleased with my experience! wonderful informative staff! it’s nice to have help to find the perfect fit when spending a decent amount on your clothes!:-)

Can I share something with you? I have not shopped for clothes in a long time. I came into the mall looking for dress pants that I can work in since I am pregnant. I came into your store and saw a pair of pants I was fairly interested in. Can I share something else with you? I am impressed with your staff Jada. Just from my experience with her, I could tell she is a very effective person. Her mindset is pure intentional to be a positive impact and carries no prejudice or biases. I expressed to her that I don’t come shopping often and I’m in need of dress pants that will be comfortable for me to work in since I am pregnant. She shared with me her knowledge of the different pants that can help me. I was able to feel comfortable enough to not only buy one pair of dress pants, but a pair of sweat pants, a pair of men’s pants, 3 sets of boxers, and 2 pairs of crew socks because I can understand the quality of the products Lululemon offer is at a reasonable price to buy and try compared to other high end brands in the mall. Can I say something? With my experience at the Roseville mall, not only does Lululemon create a mind opening business space, they attract mind opening positive effective staff that is adaptable to any kind of people because they are focused on either helping themselves grow or helping others around them at any moment of time and space. I definitely sense world class leaders in this store and I hope to see them grow even taller and prettier to help not only Lululemon customers, but themselves in their human journey so that they can continue to synergies with other beings around them.

Wonderful new location, bigger space, and neat. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Although you may find a clothing item you like, they probably have the same item in different fabrics. Lululemon offers resizing for free, which is a huge plus. The space itself is inspiring, bright and welcoming. They have much dedicated space to each section (men, women, accessories) You have room to move around, technology is found throughout the space. You can sense the intention of Lululemon in their advertisement in/around their store. Prime location on the first floor of Rosedale mall. I'll be back to explore more of the store.

I went to the rosedale mall to see the selection of stores, and when I saw lululemon I was immediately excited. I’ve been looking for a black belt bag for many months, and I was hoping to find one at this store. It just so happens that not only does this store not carry belt bags, AND it’s extremely under stocked. I probably would rather go to the MOA Lululemon instead. If you are coming to the mall just for this store, I don’t recommend it.
