I have worked here for 3 years total. Once after college and now 2 years. Management is most understanding and flexible people ever. The staff has more tenure then most day cares I know of in area. We take on a lot different kids with different backgrounds and parents usually are happy when their kid is here. We are pretty affordable compared to a lot of places. Every place has cons but our positives here far outweigh the cons in day care terms

My 2 year old son has started going to school here, and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the curriculum. They have small class sizes and low teacher: child ratios. Most teachers are also parents so you know they truly care. The curriculum is stimulating and entertaining for all children, the structure is great. Communication on tadpoles is so nice to see during the day and we often get pictures. The menu has great, healthy options and my son loves the food! The best, affordable option for childcare!

Our son has been going here since he was about 3 months old and he has loved it (as well as us)! The teachers are fantastic and are innovative in how they teach the kids through play and activities. Highly recommend CNC to any parent looking for a center to send their kids.

We picked CNC after being at a previous daycare in the area. My daughter was almost 9 months old and started in the infant room. I was immediately impressed with how many activities they did within my daughters first week. They have done such a great job handling all the changes with Covid while still keeping the kids as safe as possible. My daughter is now 2 1/2 and constantly impresses me with how much she knows. All of the teachers know our daughters name and are always giving her lots of love. They go above and beyond to care for our daughter including giving her a special stuffed animal when she was sick and getting her gluten free snacks so she doesn’t feel left out. Ms. Jaye and Ms. Tracy are two of the kindest people I’ve ever known. CNC doesn’t feel like just another daycare it feels like family!

My child has been attending CNC since he was roughly 3 months old and he just turned 3 and still attends- he has been full time from the beginning. My child is an extremely rough and tumble boy and they somehow handle him VERY well. He RARELY gets sick--even through COVID they have done an AMAZING job at keeping the facility clean and safe. They have tried to close as little as possible as they know how much parents rely on childcare. In the 3 years we have been with CNC, my child has been bitten multiple times (not recently) and they took all appropriate measures to inform me, care for my child, educate and discipline the biter and family, and made necessary changes to keep the environment under control and safe for not only my child but all children. Was it an ideal situation? No--BUT they are CHILDREN! Kids bite! Especially children who don't have good communication skills. CNC does their best to teach children sign language from the beginning and it does help significantly. He has also had the "daycare runny nose/cough", HFM, etc--all "normal" and "expected" things that can and likely will come with having a child in daycare. As a parent, I have always felt heard and respected--even if communication isn't as immediate as I would like. As a RN, I have always felt they go above and beyond to keep a safe and clean environment for my child. Are they perfect? My guess would be no as you likely won't ever find the "perfect" childcare--whether it be a daycare, in-home care, a babysitter, family, etc. CNC does an amazing job caring for children--they have staff that have been employed there for 5+ years which speaks volumes. Their staff are all extremely close--you truly do get a family vibe when you are there. I am comfortable recommending anyone and everyone to have their child attend CNC.

I love the staff, my kids love the staff, and they love my kids just as much. My toddler has been attending CNC since he was less than 6 months old; he is now almost 3 and has learned SO MUCH!!! I will not switch the kids to any other daycare even if we move to another neighborhood!

I’ve watched the staff with different children at all times snd they treat the kids so kind. Like they would their own!! Kids crying and the teaching keeping their cool! Making great crafts!! All the parents that I’ve observed seemed very happy walking in and out! Come and check it out for your self! And they get to learn about Jesus what a blessing!

We Love the CNC. My 2 year old and 5 year old have been there almost a year and they love going there. The teachers in their rooms are amazing and are doing a wonderful job preparing them for when they start school.

If your child has ANY special need make sure you are personally telling the staff, there was an 11 year old girl with epilepsy and NO ONE notified her summer teacher until she had mentioned it herself. The will also give your kid regular milk even if they are lactose intolerant or just not allowed to drink it.They also allow infant staff to be on their phones constantly without and discipline and they let your infants and toddlers wander a playground with a ziptied gate unsupervised bc of this! I'm warning all parents DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE PLEASE!

Worst place I have ever worked, pre k teacher hits the children multiple have reported and so have I but the director does nothing! The director takes care of nothing especially when the same coworkers are late everyday ! They do not sanitize anything and you will get sick there every week, I HIGHLY do NOT recommend. 90% of the staff are two faced. Trust me

Do not send your kids here. They allow other kids to attack your children with no repercussions. The last month one child has bitten at least 4 other kids and nothing has been done to fix the issues. The management is clueless and they are verbally and emotionally abusive to their staff. 0/10 would not recommend. Wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could.
