I love buying in Macy's, only and in the store. I can find whatever I need without knowing that I needed it before. It always surprise me with the best offers and prices. My number one store to buy gifts, mostly on this time of the year 🎁

Always liked this store. Generally find what I'm looking for, prices are about what you would expect for a higher end department store. No problem finding help on the floor, which is a pleasant surprise. Wasn't too busy for a Monday during December.

Had a nice time with getting photos with Santa. I took my own pictures. The cost charged is outrageous. But, the kiddos had fun.

Bought our bath towles.
What wasn't on the shelf was delivered the following week.

This is a very nice Macys location. It usually isn’t too busy so you can easily find great deals. The staff is so helpful especially in the shoe department. I will definitely be back.

On 4/29/23 @6:44pm, I went to the men's fragrance dept. to buy my husband cologne. A nice woman with short hair, I think her name is Cathy, gave me amazing customer service. She helped me find the cologne, & showed me different options of it. I bought the big bottle, then the dark haired young girl helping her, signed me up for a rewards program, and I received 15% off my purchase! I will only do all my shopping at Macy's. Thanks so much!

Thank goodness for macys. Great options to choose from for both men and women. We were looking for cinncinnati gear for my daughter and didn't have any but was able to find lots of clothes for her to start college with
She got to try everything on and fit her great. I love the Calvin kline line and alfani dress clothes. They have every thing you need clothing wise.

Not the classics I started out looking for, but I love these! Plus, I ordered them online, paid for them, and went to pick them up at the store. They had the shoes waiting for me at their pick up spot. Perfect.

Had a great experience. Everything was clean,well organized and clearly marked. Very glad that many sizes were available so your choices were not limited. Found staff very helpful without being too aggressive. Easy parking and great sales.
