Kroger

This is a good grocery store with good prices to save money.

I went shopping today today with two 2 year olds and the store did an excellent job at helping me get through it quickly and safely. It was raining, and Keving not only bagged my groceries, he carries a bag due to my stuffed cart, helped bring my bags into my van, and even was kind and playful with my two little ones. Thank you to Kevin and the staff who stepped up to serve us today.

They have helped the store tremendously in the past few months. They seem to have fixed a lot of the problems with the lines backing up due to not enough registers being open. Thank you Kroger! It has been an amazing improvement.

Just passing by I was down the street at the license bureau. My ear was bothering me. I wanted to get some peroxide to try to help the situation. It's a cheap remedy. If you ask me not good at cleaning the wax out of my ears.

As I walked in, we're in Columbus you know I met Sean he promoted getting a credit card with the Kroger plus. He was very friendly and we were talking about the state of Kroger's more me talking than him lol he was just trying to promote business with Kroger's, but great personality he has.

With Sean he's a great representative to Kroger's. I guess I'm near the city of Columbus. I learned that he grew up on the north east side and there were two lane roads there so I consider him a country boy lol. He's great thanks again for the great conversation and representing your Kroger store very well .

These other reviews are mostly ridiculous. I feel like a great deal of the reviewers must have never been to the many other Kroger locations in and around Columbus, and are basing expectations a bit high.

The store is relatively clean in comparison to others, seems to be well staffed enough to keep things going, and although a few months back they did have some fairly poorly stocked shelves, I think that was more to do with the economy at large rather than this particular stores own doing. They've since fully recovered from that and the shelves are full.

And frankly this store is a champion compared to some of the Kroger's in town. I've seen examples where the parking lot is overrun by carts, or aisles and checkout areas have disgusting floor and general cleaning going on. This store is a far cry from those, and is in a much better condition and cleanliness.

Waiting in line longer than usual isn't a problem with the store - it's because you came in at six o clock when literally everyone else did. There are both self checkouts and usually a lane or two of cashier's if it's busy. How can you blame the store for.... Doing a lot of business at busy times? That's a ridiculous thing to hold against a business lmao.

Ignore a good chunk of these extreme reviews, this store is just fine, and probably more often than not one of the better examples in this area. Some of these other reviews surely are from people a little out of touch with reality.

I'm not affiliated or working with Kroger, but seeing these nutty reviews was cracking me up and I had to give a more rational review - these people would lose their freaking mind or starve at some other areas of town.

The lady who works at the self checkout area is always super nice and has a positive attitude. She always seems to be there when I shop this location in the evenings. The part of leaving the store and her saying “have a nice day!” makes the shopping experience better. It was busy and she was keeping her head up and very friendly to everyone. I’ve been going to this Kroger for years and I felt the need to make a review this time around. I checked out July 5th around 8:50pm.

Awesome help! Matty Matt helped me out when I fogot my Kroger plus card and had trouble entering my information. He helped me out and kept the line moving. Great experience.

Very pleasant experience for late Friday. All about water & fish. Thanks for Glacier flowing & while I love San Pelli seems Simple Truth provides an Italian sparkling mineral water in recycle plastic & compelling price so trying it with Nigiri/Maki sashimi combo. Peace

Newly remodeled and easily laid out for ease when shopping. The on-the-go and freshly prepared foods section is nicely improved. The outside resembles years of operation, but the inside is fresh and in sync with today's style and trends. Great butcher department and bakery as well!

This grocery store is at a great location. I've been shopping here for years but just now got around to writing a review. The employees, who are all underpaid in my opinion, really do put up with a lot...yet they've always been friendly and without an attitude.

I'm truly blessed to have a Kroger so close to my home. My only gripe would be about the baggers. If you don't watch them closely, you'll end up with 27 cans of cat food in one thin plastic bag like I experienced last night. It's been an issue now and then. I've mentioned it before both over the phone and at the customer service desk. I get it. Most are a high schoolers working this minimum wage, entry-level job with union dues taken out on top of that. I just wish there could maybe be more emphasis on the amount of product put into a single bag during training.

Other than that, I enjoy shopping at this store and will continue to. Thank you to all of the hard-working employees! 💜

The younger guy with glasses, Will who always works near the front of the store is awesome! He is so helpful and professional. I swear no matter what day or time I go shopping, he is there and seems like he goes above and beyond. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!

Awesome staff, feels like family, always friendly, concerned and helpful! They go way beyond the regular service! You know you're at home when you know the staff by first name. We have no real private affiliations with any of the staff, yet they feel like friends. Asking about well being of family members, helping my senior father-in-law when he left his wallet at home, reserved his complete shopping cart in a walk in fridge area in back, ... I Love and trust my Pharmacist Manager Kacy, my Pharmacist assisstants (only mentioning a few that come to mind) Tonya, Aidan, ... My little Clinic Staff who I trust more than my physician, and other staff such as Steve, Anita, Amber, Freddie, Angela, ... Even though Hilliard is growing rapidly, these beautiful people make it always feel like home! Thank you for your awesome hard work!!!

Found what I went for and didn't pay a lot

I went to the pharmacy looking for medicine for my daughter when they were closing but i asked the girl who works there where can i find it and she gave me direction ,went to there but i couldnt find it for about 10 then suddenly Samantha the tech that i spoke to her earlier came and asked me if o found it and i said no she start looking from a place to another till she found it.
She couldve just kept going home since it was end of her shift bit she came because she cared
I am really so glad that she helped cant thank u enough Samantha u eased the night for my daughter.

I have never in my life been in a grocery store or I believe any store that I've had just about every employee I passed asked me if I needed anything ask me if I was Finding everything okay say hello have a good day look me in my eyes absolutely awesome pack my groceries nicely very kind all the way through the store everyone for managers to stop to Deli just awesome

Conner was my cashier. He was pleasant and very helpful. Kudos to him and the awesome job he does. Keep up the great work.

The employees are very helpful if you looking for product. They will even direct you to the product if you can't find it yourself. Nice and clean place and close to my house.

Always clean and well stocked. Good selection for my regular purchases.

Their craft beer selection is one of the best for the area!
