I was so pleasantly happy with this man's whole outcome. I have elderly parents that's pushing 90 and he was just so gentle with everything and how he explained it. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running correctly and that we was completely satisfied. This whole team has been just great that has come out to our address and done the work I have nothing bad to say about none of them. But his personality, kindness, and gentleness with my parents in making sure they understood really stuck out for me! Thank you so much! I'm so glad I chose this company! I posted some before and after pictures.. excellent work! I posted a picture of the toilet because they had to gain a little access which means cutting out a clean cut square in the wall is how I would explain it, something that would have been easy to patch but how they did it there's no need to even do it. THANKS ECO PLUMBERS 💯💯🤗😁 one more thing the old piping is what they took out, the new piping is what they put in.

Jake was amazing!!! The whole crew that came out was amazing as well!! I'm so glad I decided to go with eco. They made the whole process easy and they were very transparent about what needed done. Pricing I feel was fair and not over priced for their work and customer service. I will for sure be staying with eco for any kind of work that needs done in the future. Thank you to Jake and everyone else who came out to repair my main sewer line and fix my bathtub. The whole crew went above and beyond I feel to make sure I understood everything that needed fixed as well as getting me back in my home the same day they started. Then when we found out my sewer line was worse than hoped for they never kept me in the dark and explained everything to me and presented me with options. So thanks again everyone at eco!! Fabulous customer service. I called and immediately got an appointment for a free estimate to check out my system. I am very pleased with the service Stone provided. Corey was amazing!! I had a long list of items to be repaired and replaced; sink leak, new sink flanges, sump pump replaced, outside pvc pipe repaired. He went above and beyond to not only complete the tasks, but he made them function so much better. 10 stars!!

We had 2 whole house ball joint shut off valves that needed replaced. They were both 3/4 flat bottom CPVC 1/4 turn. Picture one shows you one of the old valves. One of the valves did not completely turn the water off to our house. The other valve did turn the water off but half of the butterfly handle was broken off. Greg Wharram from ECO came out on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and as Picture 2 attached shows did a wonderful job. He installed one gate valve from the main water line and one additional ball joint shut off on the other side of the meter. He also replaced our old plastic shut off valve for our refrigerator with a 1/4 turn metal shut off. My wife and I are extremely pleased with Greg's professionalism, his expertise, and his friendly personality. If you are reaching out to ECO for a plumbing project definitely ask for Greg Wharram. Greg is the plumber you want to do a first class job in your home.

I have previously used Eco Plumbers for several plumbing issues. I was highly satisfied so when I had electrical issues I tried their electric services. Again I am highly satisfied. The communication was great. They came when they said they would. They showed me the problems, explained what was wrong, gave repair options with detailed estimates. They completed the job in a timely manner, showed me what was done, answered questions, cleaned up after the work was done and the electrician was polite, respectful of me and my home, very professional. I will use both services again.

Corey and his associate were very professional, courteous and fun to have here. They explained everything they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. After they finished they explained all they did and they even added a shut off valve at the water heater, so we could turn the water off to the heater without shutting down the water to the whole house. They were AWESOME, and I enjoyed talking to them and joking around. I will definitely recommend them too all my friends and family.

Nathanial Julian was exceptional, a convergent thinker and persistent with a new Tankless water heater. Delaware inspectors requested several corrections and he brought the installation to a full completion given the compact area of the utility closet.

We had a big drain issue that took multiple days to complete. All of the plumbers who came explained everything and did the work well. After it was done and they left, I noticed a small leak in the main drain. Justin immediately returned and fixed it. I have been a homeowner for over 40 years, and this was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a plumber. I will definitely use them again for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. I highly recommend Eco Plumbers.

Andrew and Anthony were very informative and helpful. They made sure we understood everything clearly before they left our home.They took their time, did a thorough job, and didn’t rush through. They even played peek-a-boo with our youngest. You don’t see interactions like that with most companies. They treat their customers as if you are apart of their family. We really appreciated their wonderful customer service and highly recommend Eco and their team!

Eco Plumbers is the best!! When I used the “book online” feature it was a Saturday night. I was able to book a Monday morning appointment!! The service man arrived at 9am, and they texted me 30 minutes ahead to let me know he was in his way. Gage is SUPER knowledgeable, very friendly, courteous, respectful, polite, and a fantastic representative of this company. He explained the process and possible options to include costs of each option. Gage performed the service very carefully and did it perfectly; he was here approximately 45 minutes and that included taking the time to explain everything at the beginning and at the conclusion of the service. I recommend wholeheartedly this company and Gage in particular.

Both Cecil and Charlie were wonderful to work with. Cecil was able to successfully clear my clogged drains after some difficulty. Charlie clearly communicated the possible reasons for my clogged sewer drain lines in the basement of my newly built home. Through the camera inserted in the sewer drain lines, he was able to show me that the lines had definitely been cleared and hopefully, I won’t experience any more issues. It gives me peace of mind. Thank you for such a positive experience after a stressful event.

Sagel was not on fun and friendly but also professional and transparent. If there was a 6 Star rating, Sagel would get it...11 out of 10 on my entire experience with ECO!!!

Very patient and kind. Gave us lots of options that will Correct the solution and best meet our budget.we were able to purchase a toilet ourselves and have him install it. He cleaned and and disposed of the old toilet and trash. Very nice and professional plumber.

Incredibly happy with the service we got from Billy M. and Corey H.! They are thorough, professional and very kind. Billy and Corey took really good care of us and made our home so much better. I can personally vouch if you get either of these gentlemen, you'll be in great hands.

Ammar installed a new bathroom sink along with shut off valves and did a beautiful job. We are very pleased with his work. He didn't take any longer than necessary and cleaned up when he was finished. While it may have been a little pricey it definitely was worth it due to the quality of his work. He was very professional and friendly.

Very courteous, kept me well informed of all my options and what their plans were. Work quality was also fantastic - no hack jobs!

Fixed leaky drain, rerouted plumbing, added vent. Installed thermal expansion tank on water heater which the plumbers who installed it said they wouldn't do because it needed to be supported.

Tony Banks at Eco Plumbers did an excellent job! He solved my plumbing problems and explained several options to choose from, which gave me a very good feeling. I ended up joining their membership plan, it seems like a good deal and a great fit for me!

Upon having an issue with our tankless water heater, we scheduled to have it serviced. Our technician from Eco Plumbers was Caleb Fields. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly tell me what he thought was wrong, but before jumping in immediately to start a repair, he took the time to confirm his thoughts with the manufacturer of my specific unit. Although my prior attempt to fix this issue had failed, Caleb's expertise, professionalism, and workmanship resolved the issue very efficiently. Additionally, Caleb offered valuable insight into the city's water quality and possible solutions that would not only purify our drinking water but also increase the longevity of plumbing fixtures. We are greatly appreciative and happy that we scheduled this service call with Eco Plumbers and Caleb Fields!
