Target

This has been my favorite Target in the area for years. Friendly staff and it’s cleaner and calmer than a lot of the stores nearby. Feels like I can safely get in and find what I needed most of the time, but the best part is definitely how helpful and positive the employees are.

Wow. This is a nice target. They have their shelves stocked, its clean, the jewelry area actually has jewlery...nice cashiers. The market place was clean and organized. Overall happy with our visit.

They had cute and inexpensive holiday decorations. Very nice home decor. The prices in the grocery area were better than I expected.

Our local Target in Columbus is my "to-go" shopping store. They always have a large assortment of merchandise and multiple sizes of clothes. The staff always seem happy and seem to enjoy their jobs. Keep up the great work!

Can't complain about my experience at this Target - staff very friendly and helpful. Lines were backed up and 2 more lanes were opened up! There was hardly any wait time!

Aside from the long wait to check out, the rest of the shopping experience is fairly pleasant as they have a decent selection of goods and very fair prices. They just need to do a bit of renovation to accommodate more self check-out lines.

Just wanted to congratulate you all on the longest line in the history of retail on a Wednesday evening. That was miraculous the way the line went all the way to the grocery department and beyond and somehow your team managed that line so well without opening a single register! All while 25% of your self check out registers were down! Well done!!

I have always thought Target had kind and helpful employees, and my most recent experience proves just that! My 2 year old daughter left her handmade “lovey” somewhere in the store. I lost hope that I would find it. I called and gave them a description and was told they would get back to me. Two days later a young employee named Bee saw a note that someone wrote about it, found the lovey, and gave me a call! My daughter and I both appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond to help customers!

Excellent customer service experience, ease of finding items when I shop in store, quality of products at reasonable prices. At a recent product pick-up, the associate who assisted me was beyond kind and considerate, even in the last half hour the store was open. Having worked in CS most of my life, I know how hard it can be to still go out of your way at the end of the day to make a great impression.

It took me longer to get in my car at home. YOU GUYS WERE AWESOME!
I have used the drive up service with several other businesses and TARGET far surpasses! Literally, was parked maybe 3 seconds before being helped.
My only comment is to put the option of Pick up or Drive in in a better place on the app. Its up top and hard to jump out at you.

My order was at the local store's pickup counter within a minute. The staff at the counter was extremely quick and friendly. She absolutely looked happy to work in Target. No shopping experience can be better.

It's always fun to shop at Target! Got all sorts of stuff for the kids dorm room, a fan, a fridge, lots of incidentals. The people are nice there, both the customers and especially the staff. We always like shopping on their grocery area, too, lots of interesting products.

Hands down best Target I have been to- customer service wise. I am on crutches and needed to buy a couple cases of water, however, I had no one with me that day. I asked someone up front (not sure of her name) at the customer service desk if someone could get me a couple of cases of water and carry them to my car. They willingly did. I have never received such superb customer service from any store. Thank you!!!

I always go to this target and the employees are always friendly, helpful and efficient! I wanted to give a shout-out to the cashier Mr. Wyagu. He has checked me out multiple times and has been so pleasant each time, I just wanted to recognise him!
