Jegs customer service on this order was excellent.

The first package arrived with heavy damage and missing parts. They had FedEx pick it up and deliver an other. The second was missing parts. Jegs Shipped the parts and all is good.

The table is very sturdy and meets my needs. The price was good for what is received. I have two other heavier duty work benches and this one is for assembly work.

I added a one-inch thick solid rubber horse stall mat to the top for my needs.

Ordered a cowl induction hood for my 2000 Silverado. Put the hood on looked awesome. Drove it around for a few days and the got hit in front of my house. Not very happy. Thanks to Jegs for getting my hood sent to me. Will keep ordering from Jegs

I replaced my brakes on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara Smoky Mountain. The kit is outstanding and direct fit!!! I’ve used PowerStop brakes before and will continue to purchase PowerStop brakes in the future! I hope the coated rotors hold up over time and continue to look good and not rusty.

This was the first time that I had the purchase delivered to my door. They usually drop the shipment at the post office and I can't use a PO Box for my delivery. The drivers were kind and prompt.

The seats were exactly what I wanted and the covers look great on them.

Very knowledgeable. I was unsure on a set of cutouts I needed. They did a little explaining to me to help me understand what I needed. Shortly after they were on my porch waiting for install.

Very good product as always I literally have built my whole truck properly with about every thing from Jegs that was available. They always have fantastic customer service and have quality products. Just wish they had a parts stores across the country instead of the local every day parts store they pretty much carry nothing but things that could get a grocery store. Ordered a radiator and it was delivered next day but it was damaged. Called customer service and in five minutes she made arrangements with FedEx to pick up the next day and had a new one shipped. Got it next day during the pick up. Great service. The second one was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

I would not have been able to complete my tbi vortec 5.7l gmpp intake swap without the help from jegs racing...this engine has a top end that scares the pants off ya!

JEGS was very easy to order online and the shipping was fast for such a large item. The cowl hood had a couple of small dents on the top when it arrived but the customer service was outstanding and helped me get the issue resolved immediately. Great company with excellent customer service!

The product was little bend but the driver was excellent and he did go extra for his duty assist me to put the tool box in the right place .He can't control the damage because the box was intact. The alternator showed up a day early and it was in a nice box, packaged well. After I opened it I was impressed by how well built it is, a really nice looking product. I am Very Happy!

I had a problem when ordering some brake drums for my Econoline truck but the problem was with the supplier not Jegs directly. Jegs kept me informed about the order and contacted the supplier more than once to see what was going on . They had my back!

I purchase from JEGS frequently and find their JEGS branded products and customer service outstanding. My last purchase was a GM rear drum to disc brake conversion kit. Upon installation I had an issue with the driver’s side caliper and contacted tech support. The technician diagnosed the issue and authorized an exchange days before Christmas. I sent back the caliper on December 23 and its replacement arrived January 2nd. The replacement went back on in 20 minutes and works flawlessly. Great job JEGS!

Super fast shipping and great prices. Did have an unfortunate experience with a “direct fit” alternator. The rear of the case was to close to the cylinder head and the shaft seized. I highly doubt Powermaster will warranty it

We ordered 2 wheels. Got them, checked one package and it was correct so put them away until we had time to work on the project. Several months later opened the second package and it was the wrong wheel. Customer Service worked with us to return the wrong wheel and get the right one. Their policy is no returns after 90 days, but they honored the exchange to satisfy their customer and acknowledged they sent the wrong part. Had to pay a small fee, but they honored the original price. The correct wheel came within a week of returning the wrong one. You don’t see that type of customer service anymore.
