The space is huge of course but it is always a pleasant experience to explore the huge selection of merchandise. If you are in a hurry and struggle to find something you may be irritated but a leisurely stroll through the aisles always turns up something new. The prepared meals, sides, salads and desserts are outstanding by the way. Checkout is always fast and the staff are friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the rotisserie chickens or the gigantic hot dogs at the food court! Enjoy your visit!

This location was a complete mad house today. Packed full of shoppers. We had Kelli as our check out lady. We could tell her day was stressed due to shoppers. However, she smiled, laughed and gave excellent customer service!! Costco you are so lucky to have such an amazing employee!

This location is constantly busy, but not any worse than any other Cotsco - try to avoid the weekends unless you have extra time to kill. If you have never been to Costco, it is an excellent place to shop. They almost always have new items to try, and you can find things you didn't even know you needed when you look around. It is especially helpful for families because everything is bulk. Their pre-made meals are also a great option. There is truly too much to list in one review. Go check it out!

I frequent this location and I always find what I need..and sometimes more. Clean and a friendly staff that willingly assists you. Many healthy choices in bulk. Snagged some after holiday deals on clothing for layering and winter needs just a couple days ago. Also do not overlook the home area. Grabbed a fabulous deal on collapsible crates. Seems like my oldest daughter or I catch a good deal in this area every visit.
If bulk is too much, there is an Aldi next door that is also great...and a Homegoods with TJ Maxx combo store beside that 😃 Fantastic shopping spot!

I might be an addict, but it seems like I can't get through a week without a Costco trip. They even have plain, whole milk yogurt now! So, get the card, do the thing. Costco ftw. Update: I have had several great interactions with the staff at this location, they have been cheerful and willing to help. Now they carry affordable big bags of rolled oats tho!

Great prices, and they have nice dependable items for sale. Long lines to checkout but the cashier's keep them moving. It's the first place I go for my groceries.

Very clean and organized, it was easy to park and find items we wanted, and also the employees were all super cheerful and nice, very helpful!

Best Costco in the city but steer clear of “MJ” in self-checkout. Literally the most unkind employee I have ever interacted with — especially to a mom with young children in tow.

CAUTION: Highly Addicting… you will end up discovering & purchasing items, that you didn’t even know you needed. LOL

Saving money by buying in Bulk, or course. But the real danger are near cool inventions, all high quality items, and mostly on sale…

Ex/ this “Heat Dish” that gives off 3x the heat, using 1/3 the electricity… AND it’s front surface doesn’t get hot, so it’s completely safe for my nephews and nieces, and our pets!

I even touched it with my hand, and it didn’t burn me. WHAT THE FIDDLESTICKS…
So, I came in to get potatoes, and now I’m buying a “Heat Dish” for each of my family members for Christmas LOL

This is my favorite Costco in Columbus area. Not my closest one and out in the boonies, but worth the drive! Larger, better selection, and a nice, clean warehouse.

My husband and I are big fans of Costco we go there three times a week at a minimum The only problem we have is over and over were asked to show our ID because there has been card sharing... If you get caught card sharing and I have seen others that have You get $30 off of your $60 membership... So basically you get a better offer than we got I don't think this is right and many of us do not

The store and the employees are fine. It would be nice if our fellow club members would act right and put their carts in a proper receptacle instead of leaving them in the parking lot like a bunch of trailer trash.

I have to show it to get in the door. I have to show it to get out the door. I went through hell to get it. I got it through my job. I have to show it to scan out but now you're going to ask me for it In the checkout line??? it feels a little racial if you don't mind me saying my experience. Even if I wasn't a member, it's three very basic things in my cart. What kind of runaway deals do you think I was going to get out the door with???? 😂😂☺. Personally, because of my disability, your store is very triggering to me but I made it as good of an experience as I could and then I get treated differently.
And that's coming from the 🦽'd person who's homeless because in Columbus, Ohio Franklin County municipal courts and green properties LLC along with provided lawyers don't care that the FHA law about discriminating against its tenants and evicting its tenants over their disability exist so they will evict you anyway. Not to mention that all of the shelters were full and unable to accommodate my disability when I first got evicted so I spent several weeks sleeping in my car.
And had I just been allowed to have a pleasant shopping experience, as everyone else, I wouldn't have had to say all that. And utilize my first amendment rights now Would I.

Yesterday my husband and I signed up for our membership gifted to us by our daughter. Ricardo from the Hilliard COSTCO waited on us. He was very helpful. Very nice. Patient. An overall great service person.

Always great prices and deals that are hard to ever beat. Love the wide aisles and the extra space between cars in the lot.

Well organized even in Saturday chaos. Was helped by several employees who just noticed I was in need. Great job

I really like it here I often don't go in with a plan and just buy whatever suits me at the time
