I'm a Home Depot guy, the kids workshop they have on Saturdays once a month is pretty cool... My dude loves it...

Savannah and Shantell were working at the customer service desk when I arrived to pick up an order that wasn't quite ready. They were careful to make sure the order was accurate and even hustled to grab the last few items for me. Both were very helpful and friendly! I've been a loyal home Depot customer for years but this is the best customer experience I have had. Whoever made the decision to put them in customer service, you need a raise as well.

I like this home Depot. I know where to find what I need and more times than not, they have it.

Staff is helpful, would always leave what they are doing to help you find what you need, even if it is 5-6 lanes apart.

Had to get some parts for a hot water tank and the employees were so helpful and nice that I ended up getting other stuff for another project coming up love being a pro member

My review is for the appliance section of Home Depot in hillard. Don who works there is amazing & excels in customer service. I hit some hiccups on installation & you know stuff happens… that’s life. However, Home Depot & Don was accountable, helpful, & accommodating. You can purchase appliances here & know you’re in GOOD hands!

I purchased a washer and dryer during the Memorial Day sale, and I could not be happier with the process. The delivery and installation was very professional and quick. Everything worked out of the box and the delivery crew were fast but not rushing in a way that could have caused them to damage anything. They also explained something to me in regards to the water hookups that I didn't catch when taking out the old washer.

Shopping in the store also has always been pleasant.

Great place to throw all my money away. Staff are always available and helpful.

Wow! Old-fashion customer service does still exist!

I recently purchased a grill from this Home Depot location. The gentleman that helped me select my grill (wish I'd gotten his name) was super helpful. I needed a grill that would be easy to move around by myself. He showed me to an area in the garden section where they had quite a few more grills than in the "grill" section of the store and I found the one I wanted.

Off to the register to pay and schedule delivery. The young man working the customer service desk was equally friendly and helpful. He was attentive and knowledgable, answered my questions, and was genuinely pleasant to deal with.

Due to the price, it qualified for free delivery, which was done the very next day! Upon inspection, though, there were some minor defects/damages to the delivered unit. I called the store to report this. The gentleman that helped me, Chris, was outstanding! He indicated that they had more in stock, but none were assembled. He said he would see if they could get one assembled and delivered to replace the damaged unit. Less than 3 hours later, Chris personally delivered the replacement grill.

Kudos to Chris and the Hilliard Home Depot for taking care of customers, especially at a time when so many businesses rely on blaming the pandemic and its effects for their short-comings!

I love that Home Depot employs a diverse workforce. There are people with disabilities and older adults that work at most locations. They seem so happy and well supported, and I respect this fact a lot about Home Depot. And the customer service is usually great. They also have higher quality tools and supplies for professionals.

Just left a home depot that we had a bad experience. Then we arrived at this home depot and they were awesome. The young man Caleb in customer service we gave him our online order confirmation for pick....and we told him we are in a Semi Truck and we need to load these 10 heavy duty shelves in the trailer so we need a outdoor forklift.....he said no problem....he walked with us to the back of the store were the shelves were ready for pick up....he requested over the load speaker he needs a load helper....not only one person showed up there was 4 that showed up within minutes all ready to help.....Way to go team....great customer service we had more help then needed....this manager runs his store great....we left within reasonable timing with a smile......

This is your typical store chain Home Depot’s and it’s awesome. From the minute you walk in you get the smell of a wood shop from The moment while you walk in you can smell the fresh lumber.

The place is clean well organized and staff very friendly And helpful.

One of the things that makes this place great is it employees they seem to have a code of assistance you don’t have to go track him down there’s always somebody walking by asking you if they can help you.

If you’re in the area and you need any kind of home supplies this is a place I would try first the prices are good locations great

I had a gallon of paint mixed a few weeks ago and couldn’t figure out why the color I had used so many times before looked different. I finally realized they had used a different manufacturers formula than the one I had asked for. The guy at the service desk asked what the problem was, called the department to fix the issue and even walked me back there to make sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. The girl working at the desk was very helpful as well. This is why I will always shop at this Home Depot. Everyone makes a mistake sometime, but they always do a great job correcting any issues.

My husband and I are in our 70s. We purchased an area rug and rug pad at this Home Depot earlier this week. Jeff and several other staff members couldn't have been nicer about assisting us in shopping and loading our items in our car.
